Had an awesome day with Victor on the Inca Lagoon and vineyard tour. From the moment he picked me up, Victor was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about sharing his city and culture. The Andes scenery is stunning, the vineyard visit and tasting was a nice little treat, and Victor made the whole experience feel personal rather than touristy. His English is great, better than mine and it’s my first language, and made sure that everything ran smoothly on the day. If you're in Santiago and want a tour that actually feels authentic, find Victor he’s your guy. And he loves mayonnaise, just a fun fact.

Victor was our tour guide- very knowledgeable, respectful and provided us with what to expect for our trip as it was long. We were picked up around 710am and got back to Santiago at 445pm. What stood out- use the bathroom anytime you get a chance!!

The walk was amazing, very well worth it. The guide was excellent — he conducted everything with clarity and attention, alternating between English and Portuguese to serve the whole group. Very attentive and helpful from beginning to end. I recommend!
