Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
What To Expect
○ From Incheon Cruise Terminal 1. Driver team will contact you one day before the tour. 2. Your driver will contact you upon arrival at the pickup location. 3. When you contact the driver at the terminal exit, the driver will be waiting in the parking lot and will come to you. If you need more time, please contact us. As long as we can contact you, we will never give up on meeting you. 4. Please let us know immediately if your vessel is delayed or postponed to the next day. We offer additional services at no additional cost. ○ From Seoul 1. Your driver will standby in front of your hotel 10 minute earlier than meeting time ○ luggage allowance - The allowed number of luggage is one 24-inch suitcase per person. (Although we do carry more than one piece of luggage per person, we are not responsible if we are unable to load all of the luggage.) ○ Notes. - This is a one-way transfer service (from Incheon Cruise Terminal to Seoul, or from Seoul to Incheon Cruise Terminal.) - The distance from Incheon Cruise Terminal to Seoul is approximately 2 hour. - The transfer service ends when you arrive right in front of the hotel or Airbnb.

5.00The company was really responsive and took the stress out of getting from Seoul to Incheon for a cruise. The day before the pick up they created a WhatsApp group chat with the operator and driver so we could all connect. The driver was on time, checking in with us as he was getting closer and drove us safely to Incheon. Would recommend as an easy way to get between cities.

4.00Allow about 1.5 hrs transfer time, Tues 0930. Wait outside of Incheon Port Gate 2, suggestion. Comfortable car. (50% more expensive than Seoul to airport!?)
