We were delighted and grateful to have shared this tour with our guide Luan and driver Thao . As 3 ladies travelling to VN for our 60ths they were always happy to accommodate our needs. Luan’s vast knowledge of the varied cultures of the Mekong Delta and contacts with the local community added extra meaning to the experience. This unique tour packs a lot into 3 days and Luan and Thao showed a genuine love for their job and brought humour to make this tour the trip of a lifetime !! Big thanks from the Susans !

This trip is a magical experience. We are grateful for the opportunity to spend time in this beautiful country. Our guide Luan, could not have been more lovely and welcoming of us. We loved his knowledge and natural kindness and intelligence. His obvious love of his country informed his ability to share the history and knowledge of this area of Vietnam. Lots of laughs throughout the 3 days and generous spirit of Luan made our adventure truely memorable. Thanks also for the skilled driving by Thao our driver. A very comfortable small coach made it very special.

We had the most amazing cultural immersion with our wonderful tour guide Luân. Highlights were visiting the Cham village and trying out weaving with the local women, visiting a fish farm, temples, a bird sanctuary and markets on water and land on the Mekong Delta. Also the Bamboo Eco lodge accommodation was beautiful and being welcomed by a local couple to see their organic garden. A lot of thought has gone into this tour. Thank you so much Luân and our driver Thao!

OMG!!!! An amazing Experience. This was our first time in Vietnam and I cant even say enought about their amazing service. Very professional, punctual. Our English speaking Tour Guide Loi, was amazing. There are just no words to describe the amazing experience we had. From fast track airport pickup, to the many excursions with pickups from our hotel. The delicious meals and air-conditioned vans. The stories and history of the country. I would highly recommend this agency and, Loi.

Katie and the Asiana Team were the reason our Vietnam trip was as enjoyable as it was. My family and I had approached different travel companies to plan our 4 Day Private trip to Vietnam, but none of the others were as warm and understanding as Katie, who coordinated our whole trip. If anyone is planning a trip to Vietnam, I highly recommend the fast track service on arrival, something the Asiana Team can also arrange for you. Upon arrival we were greeted by Luan, who was our tour guide for the trip. We tested his patience many times, yet he always responded kindly and guided us with a smile. We almost had a bad moment on the last day, when heavy rains made it almost impossible for us to reach the bus that was too big to pick us up from the mall we were in. None of us had umbrellas and we were stuck wondering what to do next. That's when Katie's team appeared like angles with umbrellas and took us to the bus. I was not exaggerating when I said the Asiana Team was the reason our trip was so enjoyable.

The three-day private Mekong Delta tour with our guide Manh was a highlight of our trip to Vietnam where we visited Ho Chi Minh and the Mekong. Manh took the time to show us the highlights of the region while remaining flexible to our interests and timing. We chose to visit the Mekong to experience an area that was very different to the busyness of Ho Chi Minh and this was achieved with the careful planning and informative stops. Ben Tre was a highlight where we spent the day exploring the area and experiencing a wide variety of vehicle types - including boats; tuk tuk type vehicle and sampan. Manh took the time to record little videos and take photos of us enjoying each stop along the way. We also enjoyed riding on the back of motor bikes in Chau Doc. Manh's guidance allowed us to visit and learn about the various communities within the Mekong and showed us some of the traditions of the region. He provided advice and explanation in an honest way that allowed us to learn about the culture of this amazing region. Anytime he was not able to answer one of our varied questions he endeavored to ask one of the locals the information so we could truly gain an indepth experience.

Our three-day private Mekong Delta tour with Asiana Link and our guide Manh was the best part of our 16-day trip in Vietnam. The difference in the Mekong was the execution, and Manh. From the start, Manh was smart, observant, flexible, hard-working, and (when asked) honest about the realities of local tourism. He worked hard to navigate us beyond typical tourist traps and craft an experience that aligned with our interests and desire to spend time and money as ethically as possible. We came to the Mekong hoping to see natural beauty (like Trà Sư Forest), experience something of normal life outside the cities, and eat with and like locals (even when that presented hygiene risks!). Manh took all that into account and delivered as best he could in an environment that is geared toward funnelling travellers back into commission-driven destinations. Every day was flexible, thoughtfully paced, and full of interesting insights. Manh always watched, listened carefully, and adjusted the experience to suit us. We visited communities off the typical tourist path, had meaningful conversations with local business owners and farmers, and enjoyed (risky) meals like roadside banh mi with motorbike riders, BBQ with families & dating teenagers, and seafood with boozy local blokes. We wanted to spend our traveller dollars in small businesses or family farms where it actually made a difference. We didn't 100% get there on this, but learned enough to know how to next time! What was impressive was that Asiana Link and/or Manh found enough micro-businesses to ensure we saw things neither of us ever had (for context my husband is from Malaysia), learned a lot about life on the water, the religious context, and local differences in the Mekong. Importantly, the small family places were paid in front of us for graciously letting us see their homes, farms, or businesses. In these small places, there was no pressure to buy, no hidden or obvious kickback, and almost always no other travellers. We appreciated the transparency after being literally tagged (with numbered stickers) on arrival at one store near a floating market. The only criticism I have are of the places that had the usual tourist BS... basically anywhere with a production process of some sort plus a shop or sales opportunity and someone who looked like me! This Mekong experience was a dramatic and welcome contrast to earlier experiences. The care, integrity, and intelligence that Manh brought to his work made all the difference. He even found us a gym in Chau Doc! Asiana Link was also excellent. Communication was good, the logistics were seamless, and Iris worked hard to create a new, bespoke itinerary for us despite it being last-minute. If you are thinking of visiting the Mekong Delta, and you value authentic experiences, community-focused travel, and getting away from the tourist conveyor belt, we both recommend Asiana and Manh. My advice is to do your research and allow lead time if you want a tailored itinerary. Thank you, Manh and Asiana Link, for helping us create the three best days of our Vietnam adventure.

We had a great few days with a good mixture of seeing how people live and work on the delta, and some wildlife and culture. The kids enjoyed all the activities, and Lou, our guide, was considerate of the kids. Loi was knowledgeable about all aspects of Vietnam including history and geography. First day was great fun with different boat trips, tuk tuk and mini tours. The driving was broken up into manageable bits of max 2.5 hours. We stayed in a Homestay that was a few little villas/huts which was cute and nicer than some people expected! Overall really enjoyed this and would recommend to other families.

Loi was amazing. He was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic. We had five children aged 8-13 on this trip and they were all catered well for. It’s a long trip and a fair bit of driving but worth it. We had a really great time.
