What To Expect
Simple friendly booking service in English or German via email, telephone or text/WhatsApp. Booking confirmation via email or WhatsApp. Reconfirmation a few days before the date of travel (also for return transfers). Punctual collection from pick up location in our comfortable, reliable and very clean (no smoking) and spacious vehicles with English and German speaking driver. The driver's gentle and safe driving style will help you travel relaxed to your destination with as many breaks as you the passenger would like. As long as the traffic allows, the journey time will be as arranged and there are no extra costs for delays. Upon arrival we may advise you of the best pick up time for your return transfer which we will confirm with you via text/WhatsApp nearer the time, when we can consider the available weather and traffic forecast.

5.00I booked Ted to pick me up at Innsbruck airport and drive me to Obergurgl for a ski trip. It was the first time I had travelled on my own as I was meeting family that were already there and I felt like extremely comfortable and well looked after. From the moment I messaged to enquire about the transfer all communication was prompt and extremely helpful. Ted was there as I came through arrivals and I was in the car in less than a minute. Great transfer with so much knowledge and recommendations of the local area. Would highly recommend Ted to anyone either traveling solo or as a small group.

Ted provided very helpful guidance and tips regarding our onward destination with his many years of experience of the region. Ted has realistic transportation prices, punctuality, a spotless vehicle that is comfortable, reliable and can handle a heavy snowfall. I will definitely book Ted again.

5.00The whole process from the initial enquiry, the pick up at Innsbruck, the transfer to resort (Obergurgl) the drop off and return trip etc was excellent. Ted was fantastic. First class communication at every stage. Immaculate vehicle. Very friendly, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the resort that he was taking us to for our ski trip. Competitively priced. Would 100% recommend and we will definitely use him again when we return.
