What To Expect

Simple friendly booking service in English or German via email, telephone or text/WhatsApp. Booking confirmation via email or WhatsApp. Reconfirmation a few days before the date of travel (also for return transfers). Punctual collection from pick up location in our comfortable, reliable and very clean (no smoking) and spacious vehicles with English and German speaking driver. The driver's gentle and safe driving style will help you travel relaxed to your destination with as many breaks as you the passenger would like. As long as the traffic allows, the journey time will be as arranged and there are no extra costs for delays. Upon arrival we may advise you of the best pick up time for your return transfer which we will confirm with you via text/WhatsApp nearer the time, when we can consider the available weather and traffic forecast.

We cannot recommend Teds Transfera highly enough. Ted collected us from Innsbruck Airport and delivered us to Hotel Madeleine in absolute comfort, making the start of our holiday completely stress-free. From the outset, communication was effortless. Arrangements before arrival were clear and reassuring, and Ted was waiting for us at the airport exactly as promised — name board in hand and a big, friendly smile. After travelling, that level of organisation and warmth was hugely appreciated. The journey itself was a pleasure. Ted has lived in the area for over 30 years and shared fascinating local insights, tips, and knowledge along the way, which immediately made us feel connected to the region. All of this was enjoyed from the comfort of his immaculate Mercedes Sprinter — spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The service was priced extremely reasonably, especially considering the quality, reliability, and personal touch Ted provides. From initial contact to drop off Ted’s Transfers was professional, helpful, punctual and informative. Ted drove us from The Aqua Dome in Austria to Varenna in Italy, he knows the roads, is a very safe driver and had an abundance of local knowledge to share - he even stopped at some amazing spots for us to take a photo! Highly recommend
