Departures to Placencia occur daily at 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM, and 2:30 PM. Prices include all taxes and fees, but an optional gratuity for your driver is appreciated. Please provide your flight details when booking to ensure timely pickup. Due to scheduling constraints, walk-in bookings are not accepted. If you are the only booked passenger, there may be a wait.

5.00We booked a last minute shuttle from the airport to Placenica. Marlon picked us up and gave us an amazing tour and history of Belize on our way! He was extremely accommodating and answered all of our questions and made the ride an absolute joy. He was very knowledgeable and kind!! Would highly recommend booking if you need a shuttle. Will ask for Marlon when we come back to Belize!

5.00The trip was beautiful. Very scenic. Our driver Zande was great. We were the only ones in the van and we interacted with him the whole trip. He was very knowledgeable with all our questions. I would highly recommend him to any one of our friends or family. Very courteous and helpful.

5.00It was an absolute pleasure to meet and spend time with our driver Tyrone. He was so nice and courteous with simply an amazing attitude. We travel regularly to Belize as we have a second home there. Our flight from DFW to BZE City was delayed by nearly 6 hours. Tyrone kept in touch with us throughout the day as the delays occurred and was at the BZE airport waiting for us when we arrived and cleared customs around 10:00 PM. He then drove us all the way to Maya Beach in Placencia about 2.5 hours from the BZE airport. I will definitely use Belize Ground Service again and again. Hopefully we will be able to get Tyrone again as our driver.

5.00My experience was seamless and I would absolutely book again! Avram was communicative and punctual, and got us to Placencia fast and safely! The shuttle was spotless, comfortable, air conditioned, and even had a WiFi hotspot. Definitely would recommend.

5.00Our Belize Ground Shuttle experience with our driver, Avram, was excellent. I was in email communication with the office while our flight was delayed in Miami for three hours. Unfortunately, Avram had still be waiting at BZE for us for several hours when we arrived. He is a pro and very friendly - he answered our many questions as we drove to Placencia ("What's a tapir?!"). The shuttle was comfortable and new. The new shuttle route from BZE to Hopkins/Placencia is via the revamped Coastal Highway, (almost fully repaved with only a few remaining dirt segments). We were a bit disappointed to not go via Belmopan and Hummingbird Highway, per the route description on the shuttle's website. We were looking forward to seeing some of the inland countryside. However, the new route cuts an hour from the drive (now 2 hours), and most shuttles now take this shorter route. We were very happy to have Avram escort us back to BZE, as we made our way home at the end of our adventures in this enchanting country. We would definitely book with Belize Ground Shuttle for a return trip.

1.00We had a paid confirmation for a 2:30 pick up. We were at the airport before 1:00 so we waited. At 2:30 no one was there. Waited 15 minutes and started calling and texting with no response. Finally we went and booked a shuttle flight and had to waited till 4:30 to leave. We spent 4 hours sitting in the Belize airport. I would not use Viator ever again. I did ask for a refund which was processed very quickly and I got a note saying sorry. I asked what happened and got no response. I think this is a common practice of this company when digging more into their review history.

5.00We just left Belize and our driver was Avram and he literally was the most amazing everrr… He took us to get food ,made sure we were good on our 3 hour drive , created a whole vibe with the music and really went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care off. The shuttle was high end and very clean and he has a cooler with cold water for us on arrival. We highly recommend using this shuttle and make sure you ask for Avram !!!
