Overall, the experience was nice. But the catamaran was horrible. It was not the average catamaran that you’re used to having drinks on period it is only protected with wire on the outside so you cannot stand up and watch the water or move around. Especially if you have a drink in your hand. If the catamaran was different, then I would recommend this excursion.

Enrique and the crew made our Isla Mujeres trip unforgettable on 2/9/26! From drink service to local tips, they waited on us hand and foot. Great food, even better vibes—pure paradise. 10/10, ask for this team! 🌊🍹🌞

My 20 year old daughter and I did the adult tour yesterday and it was hands down the best day of our entire trip. From start to finish, the crew went above and beyond. Their instructions were clear, they were fun and engaging but not over the top, and the service was excellent. The sandwich was delicious and they kept making sure everyone was comfortable and had drinks. I’ve seen others complain that the snorkeling was short. I guess it was, about 25 minutes. But our main purpose was the boat / island. If snorkeling is your focus, I would find a snorkeling based tour. Once we arrived on the island, I was blown away by how helpful all of the guides were. They all wait at the base beach / restaurant where we docked, and they were all amazing. It was a hot day but there are shaded areas of the boat so I was never too hot. I also tend to get motion sickness so I was worried, but I put those little patches behind my ears and I was fine. No one on our boat got sick. My daughter and I loved this day and we would definitely do it again!

This Isla Mujeres catamaran tour was hands down one of the best experiences of our trip. The crew was incredible—attentive, fun, and made the whole day feel effortless. The catamaran was clean and spacious, the snorkeling spot was beautiful, and the drinks and music kept the energy up the entire time. Isla Mujeres was breathtaking and we had plenty of time to explore and relax. If you’re in Cancun and considering this trip, DO IT. You won’t regret it.Christina was great!

Miguel and his crew did a wonderful job, providing us with a memorable excursion! We were on the first morning trip out, so it was great way to start the day. The trip was a sampler of fun water activities and an opportunity to explore the Isla. Miguel guided us to points of interest while snorkeling and we had a chance to swim. Both were great ways to enjoy the beautiful water. The trip to the Isla was on our own. We rented a golf cart for $32US per hour. That seemed reasonable. We had two hours to explore, so we ventured to the Southern tip of the Isla, which was well worth the time. The northern village was not really our thing, but the views and park on the southern end were pretty incredible. We didn't have a ton of time there, but were very glad we did it. There were enough fellow boat passengers to meet some new friends, but not so many that it felt crowded. There was a photographer on board and she took lots of great photos. The photos were actually quite affordable to purchase, so we did. The lunch was fine (a sandwich and some on-board snacks) and the beverages were plentiful. I saw some reviews that complained about the short time snorkeling. First, it's quite a feat to provide 30 people with equipment and safely oversee all different water abilities. Second, it's not a snorkeling mecca -- there are not a lot of reefs or huge varieties of fish. We saw the underwater statues, a sea ray, and some corals. It was a good experience, especially for first-timers. Cancun Adventures did a great job and we highly recommend this excursion.

The description of this excursion does not match our experience. Although staff was kind and the boat was nice, this is almost a ferry service to the tourist trap island. Plus, the gourmet lunch is a dry sandwich which we were given at 9:30 in the morning. Total transportation time for us was about 6.5 hours and not what was promised. Snorkeling was about 15 min and swimming about 10-this seemed very short compared to the description. Plus, while snorkeling we were not allowed to swim around and instead had to follow a rope and stay with a large group of people. I found this frustrating and very limiting. This is more of a ferry service and overall I found it to be stressfull due to transportation and the limited opportunities to enjoy the actual catamaran. Also, we were picked up first at 5:50 AM and dropped off last at 6:15 PM. Would not recommend this excursion
