The minimum age to board the catamaran for our Isla Mujeres Luxury Sailing tour is 4 years old, for water activities, it's 8 years old.
Not recommended for guests with limited mobility.
For safety reasons, we do not recommend participation on any snorkel activity if you are pregnant, have respiratory problems, injuries, back/neck issues, heart conditions, or conditions that can cause loss of consciousness
For your safety, reef access is subject to age (8 to 60) and physical condition guidelines set by the Harbor Master's Office.
The pickup time depends on your hotel's location.

3.00The boat, the crew, the ride on the boat, the drinks, and the snorkeling were all great. The water is so clear and there were a lot of fish to see while snorkeling. We also saw a few turtles and stingrays. The "gourmet" lunch is nothing but a semi saugy chicken or vegetarian sandwich. I wasn't expecting gourmet even though that is what is listed on the ad, but at least provide some chips or some other food item if you want to advertise gourmet lunch. Or just say a chicken sandwich. Be prepared to be stuck Isla Mujeres for the duration of the trip. They dropped us off at the pier and we were on the island for about 2 1/2 hours. There is literally nothing to do on the island except ride around on a golf cart, eat at a low end restaurant, or shop at a typical mexican town street store and buy cheap trinkets. We would have liked to spend more time on the boat and snorkeling. The only other item I didn't like is the peer pressure and haggling at the end of the trip for large tips. The tour is $129 per person. Why is a large tip needed for each person.

5.00It was a very beautiful experience, I definitely didn't want to leave from there. The snorkeling was amazing overall it was great and the staff onboard was amazing very friendly and attentive.

5.00Overall great experience! Our main boat guide was Manny and he was fantastic as was all other crew. They always make sure you have a drink and the boat was very clean and spacious. They are organized and it’s a well run activity. Other reviews mentioned a wish for less time on the island and I would agree with that. In a perfect world there would be 1 hour subtracted from the island time and 30 minutes added to snorkeling and swimming each. For the island, we did 1 hour golf cart rental to do a loop around then walked to the Secret Beach for some quiet beach time. Based on other reviews I was expecting to be disappointed by the food but I thought my sandwich (Chicken) was great - good size, well made and good flavor. Also appreciated the hotel pick up and drop off!

2.00Firstly, I want to just say that this would have been 1 star but the staff were absolutely amazing and I cannot fault them. However, this trip is absolutely not worth the money and the description is exaggerated. It was basically a very expensive water taxi to Isla Mujeres. We paid over £100 each and yes there was an open bar on the boat, but the mixers were flat and the selection wasn't great. The "snorkelling" was the worst I've been on ever. I think we were a grand total of 8 minutes in the water and it was in between catamarans and over sea grass and that was it. The "gourmet lunch" was a sandwich. They then drop you off at Isla Mujeres which is basically a tourist trap and leave you there for 3 hours. Like I said, I cannot fault the staff, they were attentive and lovely but this trip is so so overpriced for what it is
