The minimum age to board the catamaran for our Isla Mujeres Luxury Sailing tour is 4 years old, for water activities, it's 8 years old.
Not recommended for guests with limited mobility.
For safety reasons, we do not recommend participation on any snorkel activity if you are pregnant, have respiratory problems, injuries, back/neck issues, heart conditions, or conditions that can cause loss of consciousness
For your safety, reef access is subject to age (8 to 60) and physical condition guidelines set by the Harbor Master's Office.
The pickup time depends on your hotel's location.

5.00The beach island was breathtaking, serene, vibrant, peaceful, warm, inviting, mesmerizing, magical, idyllic, and paradise-like. Its sand was soft, silky, powdery, clean, bright, glistening, pristine, gentle, smooth, and welcoming beneath bare feet. The water was turquoise, crystal-clear, sparkling, calm, refreshing, soothing, hypnotic, cool, pure, and glimmering. Waves moved in rhythmic, steady, gentle, comforting, timeless, tranquil, relaxing, whispering, melodic, and graceful patterns.

1.00Food on the boat was awful, snorkeling was like running 100 meters, Was dragged around in 20 mins. the island and waters were awesome, but the cost not worth the experience.

5.00We were here for a birthday/ girls trip and this was an awesome experience. Martin and his team were incredibly attentive and made sure we were safe and well informed the entire trip. The DJ played great music and the lunch was pretty good as well. I had like a panini sandwich myself but they had different options to choose from. Snorkeling was beautiful, and I loved that we parked the boat and they let us hang out and swim in the clear water right off of Isla Mujeres before letting us on the island to explore. We ate again on the island at that restaurant La Perla Negra (the black pearl) and the food there was fantastic. My friend ordered lobster and it was the best lobster I’ve ever had. A bunch of us ordered different tacos that were also phenomenal. Yes it’s touristy with shops and people trying to get you to buy stuff but at no point did I feel unsafe or uncomfortable. Everyone was professional and polite and even gave us free tequila tastings. If you’re thinking about this excursion just do it. We were all bummed about accidentally going during seaweed season so at our resort there was a lot of seaweed on the beach and when we went on the boat there was none any where. You can hang out on the beach on Isla Mujeres as well so you don’t miss out on beach time and that water was beautiful!
