The minimum age to board the catamaran for our Isla Mujeres Luxury Sailing tour is 4 years old, for water activities, it's 8 years old.
Not recommended for guests with limited mobility.
For safety reasons, we do not recommend participation on any snorkel activity if you are pregnant, have respiratory problems, injuries, back/neck issues, heart conditions, or conditions that can cause loss of consciousness
For your safety, reef access is subject to age (8 to 60) and physical condition guidelines set by the Harbor Master's Office.
The pickup time depends on your hotel's location.

5.00Great tour! Offering was clearly advertised, ride pickup from our hotel was communicated multiple times. We lucked out and had a perfect weather day. Snorkle and soak time was just enough. The boat crew was very fun, attentive, and gave tips on how to explore the island once we got there. Lunch provided was more than we'd expected and better than many other tours we've experienced.

5.00This is a fantastic way to visit Isla Mujeres! Snorkeling, swimming, and plenty of time to explore the island were included in this experience! Remember to bring cash for tips. I appreciated that Cristina, our tour leader reminded us how to avoid getting taken advantage of on the island and also shared what the fair price for items were. Our whole family had a wonderful time!

5.00The crew on the boat were wonderful! Very fun and engaging. Jumping in the ocean for a bit was fun and those that snorkeled said it was super cool, just lots of waves. Our visit on Isla Mujeres was great. The shop owners were a little agressive with trying to "sell" to us, but we ate at a wonderful restaurant and walked around the town.

5.00Nice excursion, caesar / pedrito great guide, all the staff very considerate both with our girls and in wanting to stock up on drinks 😃 the 'open bar plentiful only drawback is that lunch is limited to a sandwich but there can be given the day at sea. Isla mujeres is beautiful but very chaotic c there is a lot of people honestly I expected it different , we'll see it but I would not stay there again.

2.00They were 1 hr and 15 mins late to pick me up from my hotel, the tour started 45 mins late. The snorkeling felt very rushed and there was very minimal direction. Isla Mujeres is amazing but don’t book through here.

3.00This trip was unfortunately a mixed experience for us. The snorkelling and the trip to Isla Mujeres were great but the transfer was far longer than it should have been (making what was advertised as a 5 hour trip a 9 hour trip) and the boat was so busy not everyone had a seat.
