I went on a solo birthday trip and Island Flava land tour was one of my excursions. He was so nice and gave a great tour. Since it was my birthday, he bought me black pineapple to taste, which was delicious. The place we stopped for lunch was so amazing. I had such a great time that I booked the boat tour, which he recommended. He took the time to check on me after the boat tour. He is prompt to respond to messages. Even though this tour was solo, I had a great time, I did not feel rushed and I took in the whole experience, which I probably wouldn’t have gotten if it was a group tour.

If we could leave more than 5 stars about this tour we would! What an amazing day we had. We were picked up in a very nice SUV, well stocked as advertised. Our tour guide Capreece was just amazing! Her presentation and knowledge about Antigua was great! Besides the beautiful island, she made the tour for us! Lunch at a local restaurant called Mama’s Delight, was amazing. We would highly recommend the Island Flava Discovery Tour, and ask for Capreece to be your guide.

We had a wonderful day with a fantastic guide Capreece. She patiently answered all of our questions about history, current events, and Antiguan food and culture. Mama’s served an excellent lunch and was just one among many bright spots of the day. We saw other tours operating with open-air seating, so we were particularly happy to be in a roomy private car with well-running air conditioning. Make sure you try the very tasty rum punch!

If you are looking for a comprehensive and personalized way to experience the beauty of Antigua, I highly recommend booking a tour with Island Flava Tours. It was easily the highlight of our trip! 🗺️ A Perfect Itinerary Adapted to Us The tour followed a fantastic route that covered all the major sites, but what made it special was how effortlessly Flava adapted to our pace. We visited iconic landmarks, including the breathtaking views at Shirley Heights and the historic Nelson’s Dockyard. Driving through the lush Fig Tree Drive rainforest was a beautiful bonus. It truly felt like we saw the very best of the island in one day without ever feeling rushed. 🎤 Professional and Enthusiastic Guidance Flava was fantastic—incredibly knowledgeable and full of energy. He shared fascinating insights into Antigua’s history and culture, making the drive between stops just as engaging as the sites themselves. A true highlight was chatting with Flava about what local life is truly like on the island; it provided an authentic perspective we wouldn't have found anywhere else. His enthusiasm was contagious, and he went above and beyond to cater to our specific needs throughout the journey. 🍴 Delicious Local Flavors The food was another standout feature of the day. We enjoyed a delicious spread of authentic Caribbean cuisine, including perfectly seasoned jerk chicken, ox tail and local sides. To top it off, we had a chance to taste the famous Antigua Black Pineapple, which lived up to its reputation as the sweetest in the world. The Verdict: Island Flava Tours provides a personal, fun, and highly accommodating experience. The combination of a solid itinerary and the Flava's ability to adapt to our needs makes this an absolute must-do for anyone visiting the island.

Booked the full island tour with Flava after reading the great review's. We have to say we were not disappointed and Caprice our guide was amazing. From start to finish she catered for all our needs, varied the itinerary to fit in with our wishes and also provided an additional stop at the Viv Richards memorial for us. We learnt so much fascinating information about life on the island that we would never of known and Caprice answered every question we asked. Our lunch stop at Mama’s was a real taste of Antigua and we would thoroughly recommend using Flava for the full island experience. A great day with great people.

Flava, my guide, is a delightful and respectful guide. He is very knowledgeable about Antigua’s history and culture. He talked to me about the good and the bad. He takes pride in being an Antiguan. He is very funny. He gave me enough time to walk around the different sites we stopped at. The vistas in Antigua are exquisitely beautiful. The beaches are gorgeous and inviting. Authentic Antiguan lunch was scrumptious. Rum punch is bottomless. Flava also gave me some ideas about other places to check out. Great job, Flava! I hope I highly recommend the Island Flava Discovery Tour to anyone who visits Antigua. Make sure to request for Flava as your tour guide.

We booked our trip round Antigua in advance. Everything was fine - a nice car, drinks, excellent views, a pleasant guide. Unfortunately, our trip was shortened by a visit to Dow's Hill. Only after we asked were we told that the Interpretation center was closed, however, was not true information. It was a great pity that only our direct question led to some sort of explanation. The lunch was very average and in a poor restaurant. This should be done better given the expense of this tour.
