This experience is our incredible Prince Edward Island Tour in Luxury with the addition of an amazing hands-on oyster shucking and tasting experience with freshly shucked Prince Edward Island oysters and all of the accompaniments! The world really is your oyster! We will be teaching you all about how oysters are grown in and around our beautiful island bays, rivers and streams. And of course we will be slurping our way with the best and freshest oysters for you and your guests to taste. We'll even teach you how to shuck your own, so that once you get back home and want to throw an oyster party of your own, you will have all the skills and knowledge to do so! This is truly the best oyster experience you will have while traveling here on Prince Edward Island. It is the ultimate "Oyster Tailgate Party". What To Expect

Please Read Carefully! The freshest oyster experience and we include the most incredible oyster tasting experience. You will not find a tour like this anywhere on the island Your host is an experienced tour guide a chef all over the world for the past 35 years! The last 15 years, right here on Prince Edward Island. You will get to taste the best of the best, freshest oysters shucked right in front of you by your very own tour guide, oyster guide and chef! We stop at that perfect spot and share knowledge of this wonderful food nurtured right here in our island waters. They all share one thing; they produce what we call the “Merroir” of these amazing oysters. Like “terroir” is to wine, Merroir is to these pristine waters. And you get freshly shucked oysters for all to try throughout the tour. This is a must have for the true oyster and seafood lover! You will not be disappointed. Most recently a few guests called this; “The best tailgate party on the island!” And we also include Chef Ross’s incredible home-made lobster rolls, some thing you will remember for years to come!
