We were so very pleased with our tour guide — unusually knowledgeable, deeply engaging, and clearly passionate about sharing the history and meaning behind every stop. His guidance made the day richer, warmer, and more memorable than we could have imagined.

I was in a trip with my wife, her cousin and 4 other friends. The agency was very helpful. We stayed in contact all the time by phone and email (we had Wi-Fi everywhere, even in the vans). The two drivers, and one representant of the agency we met at the airport did all they could for us to feel excellent. We arrived in Amman and spent 3 days there first. The company offered us a van with a driver. The driver was very friendly and helpful and was with us for all the time spent in Jordan. He helped us exchange money the right way, bought traditional food to try in the van, and selected for us very nice restaurants. We spent 6 days in Amman and saw all the sites around (Jerash, Ajloun, Madaba, Desert Castles, Mount Nebo, etc.), 1 day in Petra, 1 day in Aqaba, 1 day in Wadi Rum (Bedouin camp), 1 day at Dead Sea. In Israel we had another van and very helpful driver. We stayed in Jerusalem, and visited Old City for one day, Tel Aviv, Haifa, Jericho, and Bethlehem. It was one of my best trips, the only think that bothered me was the temperature in Jordan (up to 35-37 Celsius degree at 3PM even in October). I would avoid going there in summer. This, even I had everywhere AC (in hotels, in restaurants, and in the van). In Israel was cooler (26-28 Celsius degree at 3PM).
