5.00What an amazing experience from start to finish! The staff are amazing and professional - My attendant NUR, made me feel so welcome and relaxed. The whole experience itself is just wonderful but when you have a welcoming and polite attendant like NUR, it makes the experience 10 times better. The post treatment refreshments are a lovely touch. It couldn’t have been better! Highly recommend, worth every penny.

5.00I visited Hurrem Sultan Hammam with two of my friends during our trip to Istanbul. Initially, the massage experience was not consistent for all of us. One of my friends had an excellent massage with Ramazan, while both I and another friend felt that our massages were below expectations. What truly impressed us was how professionally the situation was handled. After the session, the Operation Supervisor, Besim Bash, personally asked for our feedback. When we explained our concerns, he listened carefully, took our comments seriously, and immediately offered a solution. He arranged a complimentary 35-minute half-body massage session for both of us as a gesture of goodwill. This level of customer care and professionalism made a huge difference to our experience. During the second session, I had my massage with Murat, and it was absolutely excellent. Professional, skilled, and exactly what I had hoped for. My friend’s complimentary session was with Emin, and he was also very satisfied with the quality of the treatment. Mistakes and inconsistencies can happen anywhere, but what matters is how a business responds. Hurrem Sultan Hammam showed genuine care for its guests, took responsibility, and turned a disappointing experience into a very positive one. Special thanks to Besim, Murat, Emin, and Ramazan for their professionalism and hospitality. I would definitely recommend Hurrem Sultan Hammam and appreciate the way they value customer satisfaction.

5.00We visited Hürrem Sultan Hamamı with my 10-year-old daughter for her very first hamam experience, and it was truly wonderful. We were extremely happy with the service provided by Ms. Semra and Ms. Asuman. They were both very professional, warm, and kind throughout our visit. We would also like to sincerely thank the Operations Manager, Ms. Özlem, who welcomed us so kindly and made sure everything went smoothly from beginning to end. Thank you very much to the entire Hürrem Sultan Hamamı team for making our day so memorable.

5.00I recommend visiting the hammam of Khurrem Sultan if you want to feel light, and also remember how your mother bathed you as a child, and after enjoying delicious tea with sweets. Special thanks to Asuman, massaged and washed so she felt like a new girl.☺️

5.00I was in Istanbul as a backpacker in 1994 and did not experience a Turkish bath due to the expense. I came back as a retired person this month and a Turkish bath was at the top of the list! Hurrem Sultan Hamam did not disappoint- it was amazing! I did the deluxe package with Pabra who was incredible! I have never been so pampered in my life. I can’t recommend this hamam enough1 I promise you will love it!!

5.00Having been recommended to experience the Hurrem Sultan Hamami and resist the options available at our Hotel, we could not be more pleased. We were welcomed by Talha, and Serkan gave me a wonderful full Turkish bath experience, whilst my wife was looked after by Zelis. Both of us came away feeling so relaxed and we knew that the treatments we were given were top drawer. This is not at the cheap end, but you get what you pay for. The venue dates back to 1556, and is steeped in history. You have to book and the number of other guests is sensible without being crowded. Enjoy and smile afterwards!!

5.00My wife and I visited Istanbul the first time from Japan. We had been hearing about Hamam, and wanted to try the real Turkish bath. We checked review from couple places, and picked this one. The experience was exceptional, starting from reception desk from Mr Besim to my massager Mr. Murat, every moment was above my expectation. The place was clean and no smell, Mr Murat was skillful and ended with Turkish tea with pomegranate juice. Highly recommend for those seeking a good authentic Turkish bath.
