Izalco Volcano
Izalco Volcano well known as the “Lighthouse of the pacific “ is located in Sonsonate deparment, is an active volcano with 1985 msnm , is the youngest volcano and perfect to practice trekking and birdwatching. At the top you can see the fumarolic activity and a impressive view of the pacific ocean and “ Ruta de las Flores”
Lago de Coatepeque
This impressive Crater lake is amazing, Also is considered one of the 10 most beautiful lakes in the world, its name means in the Nahuat language "Cerro de Culebras", You can swim, take a mini boat, jet ski, etc. And one restaurant is wainting for you to have lunch.

5.00Great experience staff was excellent! Our driver was Edwin and he knew the roads with no problem. Josue the guide for our tour knew everything about el salvador and has a great sense of humor. He is a licensed guide I would go with that! They accommodated us through lunch and activities. We had a great time. We had 14 in our group.

5.00The hike was a little challenging but rewarding and well worth it for somebody who craves a little exercise, with stunning views at the top. The lake was beautiful and serene, not many merchants approached or gave pressure to buy their goods. Our guide, Josué, was outstanding—not only was he attentive and supportive throughout the trip, but he also shared valuable insights about the social aspects of El Salvador.
I enjoyed every single part of this tour with Diego Gomez!

5.00Diego gave a very personalised tour to the volcano and lake. I couldnt ask for anything more from him. I specifically enjoyed his personal stories and experiences growing up in ES. He has very good command of english which makes it easy for us to communicate with. I would highly recommend diego and this positive tour company for any trips in ES!
