We had an absolutely wonderful evening with Swati and her family. We were welcomed into their home with great generosity and they are a lovely family. All of the ingredients were fresh from the local market and Swati even makes her own delicious paneer and ghee! You can really tell that all the ingredients were very good quality! Swati and her mother are both fantastic cooks and carefully explained all the steps for each dish, including top tips! We started with masala tea which we made to our specific taste. Then, together we made palak paneer, dal tadka, chapatis, cumin rice and veg pakora. We were also able to taste their homemade lemon pickle. For desert we had delicious gulab jamun! Swati sent over detailed recipes for each of the dishes so we can replicate them at home! Hopefully they will taste as good when we try on our own! I would highly recommend this class if you want a taste of authentic northern Indian cooking, and to feel like part of the family! Thank you!!

Beautiful experience We learned some delicious recipes from Indian cuisine, with recipes, help and valuable tips from sweet Swati. We were also able to replicate the delicious dishes at home, so we will also carry Swati in our hearts, in addition to the very places visited in this wonderful country. I highly recommend it for the kindness, professionalism and hospitality of Swati.

Such an excellent find in Jaipur! Swati and her lovely family welcomed us into their home and taught us how to make an incredible meal including lachha paratha and chapati, dal tadka, cumin rice and chai masala. We tried jaggery and chikki (like a peanut brittle), poppadoms and Swati's homemade lemon pickle. Swati completely catered to food intolerances and preferences and talked though and explained everything as she cooked (also sent on the recipes afterwards). We felt incredibly welcomed and would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for an authentic food experience in Jaipur!

This is an absolute must in Jaipur! The family were so incredibly welcoming, incredible food. There was 3 of us in the class, the host text us on the day with clear instructions on how to arrive, and was available via WhatsApp message and phone if needed before. Dietary requirements and preferences were catered for. We met the hosts family including their 2 daughters who were amazing. Th Cookikg skills were amazing, we were able to watch and learn about traditional Indian dishes The daughters showed us through some family photo album so to experience the culture, the family did henna on our hands if we liked and gave us a little handmade bag to take away You have to do this class if you are in Jaipur!
