5.00It started with the pickup from my apartment in negril. The experience I had with my driver Chaz was the best I experienced here. Very very friendly, polite, courteous, funny. The ride was flawless. I've rarely felt safer. Everything went smoothly on site. However, it was not really paid attention to the fact that you might offer different poses or whether the dress is still sitting or or or. It went very fast. Lunch was ok. Big thanks to chaz! Would be supi if the images are then also sent.

5.00I booked this excursion during my trip to Jamaica last week. I was provided with transportation to and from my resort by Chaz. He was very friendly and polite, and it was a pleasure meeting him. He also gave cool facts about Ocho Rios during the ride. I was so nervous when it came time to do the photoshoot, but the staff were very patient and helpful. The photos/videos came out great. Overall, I enjoyed my experience, and look forward to booking with them in the future.

5.00This experience was amazing from start to finish. Communication before my appointment was great, pickup was right on time, and everyone was super professional. I’m already looking forward to doing this again. The real highlight, though, was our driver, Chaz!!! Bigup to Chaz — he was calm, patient, and very professional, even with two stragglers in the car with me (aka my friends 😅). For my first time, this was everything I hoped for. Thanks again!!

5.00Wonderful experience. They made me feel really special and free with nature on the swing. They were informative on what to be expected . Don’t do this if you are afraid of heights. Skyy gave me a history lesson on the ride. He had lunch with me because I was traveling solo. I tried jerk chicken and liked it.

5.00Right from the initial point of contact when I emailed asking questions about the Rad Venture Swing, I received outstanding customer service! They answered all my questions and I booked prior to arriving in Jamaica. On the day of my reservation, the weather in Montego Bay wasn’t supposed to be great so I had asked if they could confirm in the morning of my booking date if the weather in Ocho Rios was good, and it was. I was advised of my drivers name and to provide it to the front desk so he could get through the gate upon arriving at the hotel. My driver was Chaz and he was wonderful. Not only was he my driver, he helped get me in the harness and fix the dress I chose so it was perfect. The photographer and drone operator was amazing, if the dress wasn’t flowing right then they’d stop me and fix it. They started with pictures and video in font and then took the pictures and video from the back to see the flying dress. After the session was over I changed and was shown my pictures and video on an iPad and advised I’d receive the edits the following day. I highly recommend not only the Rad Venture Swing but Rad Venture as a whole due to their phenomenal Customer Service!!
