5.00We enjoyed both the experience of an authentic Kerelan kitchen and the delicious end result! Six of us cooked up a storm and learned a lot about the Kerelan cuisine.Jasmin was a lovely hostess/ tutor making us feel very welcome and explained everything clearly. The whole process was very smoothly organised .Thankyou.

5.00This is a fantastic experience. We stayed in the Taj Mahal hotel in Mumbai last week and ate at their Indian restaurant which was great but the meal we have with jasmine was on another level. The food was absolutely stunning. 1 fish curry 1 prawn & onion dish 1 Dal 1 beetroot and curd dish 1 green beans dish 1 coconut and cabbage dish All explained in plain English so that even I could follow. Jasmine is a fantastic teacher. The food once on the table was bountiful and impossible to eat it all, even if I really did want to. It's been an hour since I ate and I'm still full, and happy 😁 You won't be disappointed if you do this class. It's been the highlight of my trip so far.

5.00Jasmine taught me to cook very politely and happily! He taught me how to cook 5.6 dishes, and I ate for about 3 hours. This value is amazing at this price! They answered questions happily and politely, and it was a very satisfying day. Thank you.

5.00Jasmine is a very warm and kind host. The class is very clear and instructive, we learned to make five delicious dishes with excellent ingredients! The atmosphere was very relaxed throughout and because the groups are small we also got to share knowledge and experiences among participants.

5.00Jasmine’s cooking class was an unforgettable experience. She and her brother were really genuine people who took the time to show us the art of their local cuisine. My tiny American brain could hardly comprehend all the smells and tastes that went into the process. I was super impressed in the love and care that went into each and every step of the process. It was also nice just talking and learning more about her and her family. I highly recommend this to anyone in Kochi who wants to get more of a local experience. Much thanks to her and her family for welcoming me into their home. Don’t miss out on this experience!

5.00We had a great evening cooking with Jasmin. I actually still can’t believe how many dishes she managed to teach us in a couple of hours, and all of them were delicious and actually very simple to do. I can’t wait to try them at home! Fish curry, prawns, bhindi, beans, dhal, cabbage, and chapatti. Highly recommend cooking with Jasmin if you’re in Kochi and into your food.

5.00So enjoyed the class with Jasmin, just with my husband so just the 3 of us. Jasmin had prepped everything and so much to cook. She was so organised and happy to talk and share all the spices she used. Her English is great and she’s so willing to share all her recipes and talk spices. We have learned so much and can’t wait to try the recipes, which I wrote down, at home. She cooked 8 different dishes, particularly liked the okra and the fried fish with such a wonderful spice paste on it. Spiced just as we wanted. There isn’t a huge amount of cooking ourselves but being able to see everything cooked from a real kitchen made up for that.
