Sangeh Monkey Forest, also known as Alas Pala or Sangeh Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary, is a captivating natural haven located in Sangeh village, Badung Regency, Bali. 5.00I had an amazing day with my guide . The highlight for me was receiving a purification blessing. Since today was the public, my guide also participated in the blessing with me and explained all of the steps in how to do it properly. I really felt connected to the Balinese people. Overall I had an amazing time learning more about Balinese culture and traditions and I could not be more thankful to my guide for all of his information and hours of driving. Thank you so much!

5.00The trip was incredible from start to finish. The scenery is breathtaking, the purification ceremony is beautiful & our guides gave us so much information throughout the tour. I would truly recommend it. Putu eka was our driver and he is the best! All along our journey he told us about Balinese Culture, explained different ceremonies & answered all of our questions. He even had a fresh coconut ready for us to enjoy on our drive back home. He’s brilliant.
