Both the tour and our tour guide, Louise, were marvelous. We make a habit of taking a walking tour when we travel to new places, and this one felt extra special because of the specific, important historical storytelling that was woven throughout. It was a treat, too, to learn from Louise, who clearly cares about and is studied in the history of this tour and Paris. We hope to find more tours like this in future travels. Great for those who do and do not know some of the background history!

Louise is very nice! We walked for three hours and it was all interesting. Louise answered all my questions well and she helped me and the group to learn French well.

Great guide! I hope more people take this tour. Left me feeling more knowledgeable about the Afro-American and French connection through jazz and art!
