  This was the worst experience ever I had ; I waited one hour then when I called they do not have any idea about reservation , then they sent another hour looking for a driver who take me in small car and paid less amount that higher than the level of this car but less than I paid to Viator , they said will refund me and nothing was refunded , simply it was a big rib off

  Mehboob got delayed in parking lot as no parking so he wasn’t able to meet us at the gate. We couldn’t get WiFi in any if our phones for some reason but went to tourist info desk and the lovely girl did hotspot so I can contact the company. Called mehboob and he directed us to where he was. Had WiFi in vehicle which was good. Mehboob is a very nice pleasant person. Recommend him.

  Did not happen. No one was there to pick us up? We waited 25 to 30 minutes I called the number given to us to “get in touch with your operator “and no one picked up the phone. There was no one with my name signage or the tour operator signage to identify themselves as out pick up driver. I ended up taking another taxi for a ride home, during that time, I started getting texts from the driver that they are there and tour operator that they cannot find us. I explain the situation to them and then we were blamed that we may have not been at the right place to be picked up, which I don’t know how it is possible as we exited through the door directed by the authorities to exit along with other passengers, and encountered numerous other pick up services with the signage of either their passengers name, or the door, operator name, or their company name as we came out to the reception area. it may not be inappropriate for me to request a refund for this and it’s entirety. I was planning to get in touch with Viator upon my return home as I do not want to waste my vacation time following up on this horrible experience but I keep getting texts and emails to give feed back about this service I booked via viator.

  Was great just better to advice people to tell driver to wait with a sign at the exit door, easier for customers. Otherwise driver excellent and polite.

  The driver was on time But he was talking in phone all the trip The car was good Really I will recommend you to my friends but give instruction to your driver to be talk little during the trip
