What To Expect
Jerash Ruins
Depart Amman for an hour-long drive to Jerash. Journey north in an air-conditioned vehicle, taking in the passing towns and desert landscapes. Upon arrival in Jerash, enter this archaeological treasure through its ancient city gate. Founded by Alexander the Great in the 2nd century AD and known as Gerasa, Jerash was one of the wealthiest provincial cities in the Roman Empire. As your guide (if hired) shares fascinating stories about the city in its prime, explore its arches, theaters, and magnificent colonnaded street. Capture photos of the intriguing Oval Plaza, an oval-shaped forum, and imagine the lives of those who once inhabited this place.

5.00Today we went visited at the Dead Sea. The trip itself was great, our driver was extremely nice, helpful and friendly. the environment where we were was great, the experience of floating on top of the water was phenomenal along with the mud wrap. if we are here again we would like Baden as our driver! we recommend him to everyone! 🙂

5.00My trip to Jerash and the Dead Sea wouldn’t have been the same without Bardaghawi. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about every place we visited. What really stood out was how much he cared about making the experience special. He suggested amazing viewpoints and hidden spots I never would’ve seen on my own. Thanks to his local insight, I got to experience parts of Jerash and the Dead Sea. Bardaghawi truly went above and beyond — from great conversation to helping with photos and making sure everything went smoothly. I couldn’t have asked for a better driver. Highly recommend him to anyone traveling in Jordan!

5.00Outstanding Day Trip! We had an unforgettable trip from Amman to Jerash and the Dead Sea with our amazing driver Shadi. He was very professional and well-organized — he reached out to us a day before to confirm everything and made sure the car was ready and spotless. The vehicle was large, comfortable, and equipped with cold water, snacks, and Wi-Fi, which made the journey very pleasant. At the Dead Sea, we spent a wonderful afternoon swimming and relaxing at a 5-star resort, staying until sunset before heading back to Amman. Everything went perfectly, and Shadi’s hospitality and professionalism truly made the experience special. Highly recommended!

5.00⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Experience! Our day trip from Amman to Jerash and the Dead Sea was absolutely perfect! Our driver, Mahmoud Awad, was extremely professional and kind. He contacted us the day before to confirm all the details and arrived on time with a very clean, spacious, and comfortable car. He even provided us with cold water, snacks, and free Wi-Fi throughout the day. We had plenty of time to explore Jerash and then relax and swim at a 5-star hotel at the Dead Sea, staying until sunset. The whole experience was smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable from start to finish. I highly recommend Mahmoud Awad — one of the best drivers we’ve ever had in Jordan!

5.00Great driver and company. Bardaghawi was our driver, and he was punctual, helpful, and knowledgeable about everything. You will love this day trip, we did. He had plenty of cold water for us. The car was comfy and clean, and he was a good, safe driver.

5.00Our driver was Mahmuod Awad and we can easily recommend his services. He arrived early, was easy to talk to and cared about our experience. The vehicle was air conditioned, spacuous and comfortable. We learned alot about the area on our way to Jerash. At the ruins he connected us with our excellent local guide and waited for us until we returned. Our favorite spots were the Roman theatre, the Temple of Artemis and the Nymphaeum Fountain. The Jerash ruins are a highly recommended side trip from Amman.

5.00Our driver Hassan arrived early and was polite and helpful. He was informative and showed us what to do and where to go. He also recommended a good coffee shop and an excellent restaurant for lunch. I would highly recommend him.
