A great tour! Very informative. Beyond what I expected. The tour guide was excellent and this history was amazing.

Harley is a very knowledgeable guide. I was able to customize my tour in advance (for an extra fee) to see the underground tunnels by the Western Wall, the City of David, and the tomb of King David, all of which had not been covered during my previous tour of Jerusalem. From what I understand, tickets for the underground Western Wall tunnels need to be secured days in advance by the company.

This tour was horrible, I have been on many walking tours before and this one was horrible. The guides English was really hard to follow and none of what she was saying made sense. She also just assumed that everyone on the tour wasn’t Jewish which was not the case and explaining things I knew, some of which were not correct. We also asked for the tunnels to be included and the only reason why we booked this tour however it was not included which was really disappointing. If I could request a refund I would as we had to leave early as it was so unbearable.

If I was reviewing just the guide, I would give her 4/5 stars. The guide herself was very nice and spoke excellent English (despite the fact that of was her 4th language!!). She was very knowledgeable, especially about the Church of the Holy Sepulcher and accommodating. However, I deducted a star because of several, perhaps unintentionally, biased judgements she made during the tour about certain neighborhoods/sites that made me uncomfortable. I decided to deduct an additional star because of how irritating it was to arrange the pick up point. Just for future travelers: you will not be able to choose a pick up point, despite the fact that you are prompted to pick one during the booking process. They will instead tell you a meeting point and treat you like you’re crazy when you try to use the one you originally chose.

Just superb. Our tour guide went beyond. The tour lasted at the en 2hrs more than expected whilst he gave us a master class in archeology, history and religion. Even the children enjoy it! He focus on showing us the obvios and the secret Jerusalem. We were very lucky to have him.
