4.00It was pretty nice. They got us in earlier than our scheduled time but we booked for 45 minutes and they blew the whistle at 27 minutes and told us to come back. When we got back I told him we booked for 45 minutes. He said it was 45 minutes. From start to finish, we walked to their booth at 11:01. We did the paperwork and gave IDs and then waited for them to get the jet skis. When we got back and collected our stuff it was 11:37.

4.00I was super excited to jet ski in San Juan yet the waves were so intense that it was very stressful and difficult to ride worry free. They only offered double riders so I let my husband drive. Thank god he is strong because the crashing waves and spraying salt water in your eyes was not for the lighthearted! It was invigorating but terrify the same time. A 30 minute ride for the money only to amp up mu anxiety, maybe not worth it .

1.00I booked a jet ski experience only 20 minutes before the scheduled time and immediately tried calling to confirm. No one answered or responded to my calls or messages. When I arrived, everything was already packed up and there was no staff in sight. They took my money without providing the service, which was very frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend booking with them unless you want to risk being ignored and left without your experience.

5.00Loved it! Did 30 minutes jet skiing -- 15 minutes with each of my kids. It was plenty of time. The boundary is really big, not just to the orange umbrellas like with the other company on the beach, so you're not always getting whistled at that you are going too far. They offered us bottles of water when we were done. The staff was incredibly friendly and did not try to sell me overpriced videos or ask for tips as I've experienced in the past when jet skiing with the other company there. Thank you for a great experience!
