1.00I booked this Jetski excursion through Viator. However, I will never book with Viator again. The excursion was supposed to pick me up @11:00. They never came or called. I finally was able to get in touch with Viator & they sent someone. However, they never told me that they sent a one-way ride. I had to pay additionally to get back to my hotel. This was very unfair when I booked a pick up/drop off already. We arrived to the excursion after 1:30 pm & they charged me additional to ride the jetski’s alone. Then they made me wait an additional 40 mins to ride the jetski’s. Please DON’T BOOK this excursion. You’re better off booking this excursion with your local driver. This was a huge inconvenience for my day. I had to cancel my other excursion in which I couldn’t get reimbursed for. Thanks Viator.
