1.00They didn’t accept our Viator booking, made us cancel it and pay again. Then told us it wouldn’t go through but we made him process the refund after I checked my bank. They wanted to take us to an atm machine to get them cash. Very shady business practice that we refused to be part of. Wasted 3hours of our first port stop. Chucky was the guy we dealt with.

1.00I spoke with the representative when booking this activity, and the agent supposedly booked what I asked for properly. When I arrived and got ready to attend the activity, I was told that I paid for something completely different than what I was expecting. I was so disappointed that I asked if I could pay an additional 200.00 dollars in order to complete to correct activity however the attendant told me he would unable to do so. My family and I left the facility.
