3.00Our guide didn’t seem to know much about the Jewish Heritage of Ljubljana, however, he did take us to a Jewish home where Robert, the owner gave us a great lecture. I know the original guide that was scheduled wasn’t able to come so this new guide (Urban) filled in. I think we didn’t need the guide— we just needed to hear Robert’s lecture. If we wanted to know more about Ljubljana, we would have scheduled a Ljubljana tour only.

5.00What a wonderful tour! We got a thorough review of Ljubljana’s history, some of its most important buildings, and the context of Jewish history and heritage in the city. Our tour guide really personalized our experience, very sensitive to our interests and going above and beyond what I think most tours are usually like. She was personable, very knowledgeable,and very pleasant. We highly recommend this tour, not just to learn about Jewish heritage, but also as an excellent walking tour of Ljubljana.
