Johnston Canyon
Hike with confidence using included ice cleats and poles to enjoy your journey along the icy trail of Johnston Canyon, where elevated walkways provide spectacular views of the canyon and its frozen falls. Then, experience the quiet beauty of Marble Canyon, a lesser-visited gem featuring deep, dramatic chasms carved by centuries of glacial melt.
Marble Canyon
We'll make the short journey and arrive to the doorstep of Banff's neighbor, Kootenay National Park. We'll cross over into Kootenay in British Columbia to visit Marble Canyon - this is one of our favorite sights in the area and a very underrated winter destination. We'll spend some time here traversing over the canyon before finding a worthy reward up at the top.

Booking any tours from overseas is always daunting, yet from the moment I Booked with Explore Banff tours I knew we where in good hands. All communication from booking to our pick from my hotel in Banff very prompt & precise. Now about our wonderful day spent in Johnston Canyon & Marble Canyon Austin very welcoming, he was full of great information of all things Banff & Canyons we loved the no stress tour feeling we had time to to be immersed in the natural Beauty of these two pristine locations, being with a small group we felt like we were with a group of friends hiking, this being Austin friendly manner taking time to answer any of the guest question along the two easy walks/ hikes, we even had a sprinkle of snow in Marble Canyon which just added to this highlight of our stay in Banff Thanks Austin for your experience & our great tour.
