We had such an incredible time cooking with Lan and Rosie! We loved our morning coffee and touring the local market to pick up the food we then learned how to cook. All of the food was DELICIOUS and we really enjoyed the shenanigans Rosie and Lan got us up to while things were cooking

This was such a fun way to connect to the Vietnamese culture, language, learn about their food and how to cook it! We had so much fun with Hanna and Lucy and can’t wait to come back. The market was a fun experience to learn about new foods. If you are in Da Nang, do this cooking class! Come hungry.

Excellent experience 😊. At the local coffee shop, we meet Rosie and introduced ourselves, and Rosie gave us great insight into coffee production in Viet Nam and we got to practice some Vietnamese phrases. At the market Rosie shared her knowledge about the fresh ingredients needed, and we went to Rosie’s and Lucy’s place to cook. Step by step, we were navigated to produce 4 lovely tasty meals with loads of laughs and even toss a few pancakes. We had such a great time with Rosie and Lucy with their warm welcome, expertise, and friendliness and found a new confidence to cook these dishes back at home, with the recipes given to us. thank you ladies for such a memorable experience 😻😊

I've attended to cooking classes in several different countries and this one was the best. Not only the food itself but the experience altogether was amazing. Kelly and Blue organized everything smoothly. The sequence of food, small events in-between, local atmosphere, hygiene of the kitchen was all just perfect. No doubt a 5 star
