Just north of Palm Springs lies one of nature's majestic creations, Joshua Tree National Park. In the comfort of an enclosed, climate-controlled vehicle your guide will take you on an extensive all paved road tour through the stunning rock formations and otherworldly landscape of the Mojave Desert.
This activity has a 2 person requirement for the tour to run. If you are a single rider, please call first.
NOTICE: EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2025 ALL JOSHUA TREE TOURS WILL REQUIRE GUESTS TO PAY THEIR OWN $15 ENTRY FEE UPON ENTERING THE PARK. ENTRY FEES WILL NO LONGER BE INCLUDED IN THE BIG WHEEL TOURS PRICING. PLEASE COME PREPARED WITH A FORM OF PAYMENT (CREDIT CARD) TO ACCOMMODATE THIS NEW POLICY. THANK YOU!

5.00Sarah is a very knowledgeable and passionate guide. Professional service and a new, clean vehicle. We were able to get a very good overview of the park experience, given the short time we had scheduled for the weekend. Took very personal care of us, a family of four, including a lot of water and a selection of snacks. Would highly recommend.

5.00This experience is an absolute must. Joshua Tree is probably the most beautiful site I've seen and I was so happy to have been guided through this experience with Big Wheel Tours. Ben was an incredible tour guide and was fortunate enough to learn so many things from him about the topography to the area and town of Joshua Tree. He was the absolute best at making this an incredible experience. While Joshua Tree is easy enough to tackle on your own, I loved that I had this experience to really make the most of the park.

5.00Tour was great fun and educational. Sarah was a terrific guide-very knowledgeable, entertaining and caring. She planned the perfect itinerary for our group with just the right amount of hiking and sightseeing, and made the experience much more interesting than we ever could have done on our own with her knowledge of the history, ecology and geography of the area. She also made sure we were safe every step of the way (literally). Plus, she was just plain fun and a pleasure to be around.

He was friendly and answered all questions we had. We would go again and would request Ron as our guide as well as recommend the tour and Ron to our friends!
