The idea of creating my own artwork on these handmade papers—each of which is a unique work of art to me—excites me greatly. I’d also like to thank Kadadasi for giving me the opportunity to experience the creative process.

This was one of the best excursions on our tour of Sri Lanka. The ethos behind sensitive permaculture, alongside producing handmade paper from recycled pulp in the least intensive way, whilst creating employment opportunities for the local community is second to none. The paper products range from cards to bags to notebooks and are all unique. If you believe in ecotourism then this is for you.
