3.00This tour was really just a transfer service. We enjoyed the day, but felt the guide wasn't particularly forthcoming with any history, or helpful information on Kagoshima.

5.00The tour was a great overview of Kagoshima. We were late to the pick up because the taxi line was so long. The company sent a message to our driver in Japanese as to where we could meet up with the group. A lovely day!

5.00Ms. Nakase’s warm & friendly personality made us feel like we were long time friends. Her knowledge of the sites were informative. We visited Shiroyama Observatory, Sengan-en & shopping in Tenmonkan. Overall a wonderful tour that we recommend to everyone with Ms . Nakase. When we return, we will request Ms. Nakase again. 1.00This tour company totally ripped us off. They charged extra for taxi transfers and only gave us a one way transfer which cost us $ 72.00. We had to pay for our own taxi to return to our cruise ship. The taxi was only $ 23.00. Also they had a very nice lady by the name of Naomi, she did speak a little bit of English but not fluently. She got on a hop on hop off bus with us that translated everything in English. The price for the hop on hop off was only $25 - $30 and they charged us $ 104.00 for this tour plus the taxi fair of $ 72.00. Total waste of our money, It was a rip off.

5.00The volcano views were excellent. On and off the bus was a great way of getting around. Strolling the temples and shops was fun too. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly and good fun.
