NOBODY SHOWED UP!!!! LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE! no customer service from Viator and no driver contact details given either. Viator said not to worry and someone will be there at arrival hall. Bloody h*** not a single person was there and Viator didn’t respond and tour operator didn’t pick up phone. WORST SERVICE EVER
