  The airport transfer was seamless. My flight was delayed but 30 min but they were still there waiting when I arrived. They stayed in communication with me ahead of time to ensure things would go smoothly. The car was clean and the driver very friendly. Definitively recommend.

  I was very happy with the service Dipendra offered. I was picked up from the airport upon arrival and taken to my accommodation. The driver was very polite and welcoming and made sure I was delivered to the doorstep. I would highly recommend this service.

  We are most fortunate to have used Nepal Treks for both arrival and departure from/to KTM to the Kathmandu Marriott. Service provided by Dipendra was most convenient and punctual. It helps for a first time visitor to have someone assist in transit. I highly recommend Nepal Treks.

  Dipesh, the guide, and Rabi, the driver, were excellent hosts for my first visit to Kathmandu. I was a lone female traveler and they made me feel very comfortable and safe. I saw four unesco sites, and Dipesh shared so much rich history about each location. I also reserved the appointment same-day and was impressed that they were so quick to respond to my request for a tour. Lastly, my flight was an hour late and they patiently waited for me at my hotel. I highly recommend this tour, and am thankful to Dipesh and Rabi!

  We came to nepal from kashmir and booked our airport pick up service with welcome nepal treks. Mr nawa waited at airport 2 hours because our flight get late from delhi. He did very nice welcome with flower. We had good driver and new 🚘 car. We are satisfied with their service. Happy to give 5 star review.

  We used Welcome Nepal Treks - Day Tours for airport transfer service from Kathmandu airport to our hotel. They were great and extremely flexible. It should be noted that most (all?) taxis and cars in Nepal are very small vehicles and you will likely struggle to fit more than 2 passengers and their luggage in a vehicle. We are a family of 4 traveling with one large trekking backpack each and 1 small personal item each (not an excessive amount of luggage by our typical standards) and we were not able to all fit into 1 standard taxi on our return to the airport and had to book 2. Also note that you will also be inundated with taxi touters and people selling transport services upon arrival at the airport. I personally find these situations extremely stressful and overwhelming and prefer to pre-book transfer so as to avoid the stress of negotiating a ride in a crowded noisy arrival hall or at the curb while tired and lugging our baggage around. For these reasons I highly recommend pre-booking airport transfer, it’s a simple luxury that can really improve the experience of your trip. In addition our flight was delayed and it took us an exceptionally long time to clear customs and immigration as our flight delay caused us to arrive at the same time as several other very large flights. Nevertheless, our airport transfer (Nawa) was in constant communication and was waiting for us at arrivals with a smile, despite our very late arrival. We ended up booking a driver and a guide with this company for the following day to take us around Kathmandu (for which I will write a separate review). We had a great experience with both services from this company and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

  As I was flying in, I realized I forgot to schedule my transport to my hotel. This was my first time in Nepal and arriving at night, so I prefer to have a set ride. It took several tries, but I finally found this service that would accept a short notice (only 3 hours) transport. My driver was a waiting for me when I arrived and took me to my hotel. He was very nice and pointed out places of interest along the way. Excellent service!
