What To Expect
Our office is located inside the international arrival hall at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), Kathmandu, just before the main exit gate. We are open 24 hours, 7 days a week, so no matter when you arrive, our staff will be there to welcome you. Meeting Point: Look for the Top of the World Adventure office as soon as you enter the arrival hall. Do NOT exit the terminal until you’ve met our representative. Identification: Our representative will be waiting inside the arrival hall holding a signboard with your name. Our staff wears a company uniform and official ID badge for easy recognition. Transfer: After meeting you, we will escort you to our vehicle and drop you off at your booked hotel in Kathmandu Valley. Please send us your flight number and arrival time in advance so we can monitor delays and ensure timely pickup.

5.00We were delayed as we had to spend some time to settle our visa and proceeded back to the immigration. As the tour office is conveniently located at the airport. once we were done we managed to locate the staff on duty and managed to reach the hotel safely by the car booked. As it was our first time to Nepal and as our flight is at night we decided that booking an airport transfer directly via Agoda will be easier and more fuss-free!
Everything, in general but the visit to the monastery of kopan will be unforgettable

5.00Mr. Janardan arranged this trip with great professionalism and has extensive experience in coordinating with Chinese clients. Every step of the journey, from airport pick-up to the arrangement of local guides, went off without a hitch. Our guide Suku was cheerful, witty, and incredibly attentive throughout the trip; remarkably, this was already his 58th successful tour leading a group! Our porter Bani also accompanied us all the way, and even kindly helped me repair my glasses!

5.00It was my first time to Nepal and tried airport pick up and drop off service here. Even I booked just a night before my trip, they could arrange me very well, responded so fast. And the office is within the airport near N-Cell sim provider and can see it along the way to arrival exit before the Lift. They have so many tour packages including trekking near Kathmandu for whom don’t want to go other cities. I tried trekking at Nagarkot. And everything is so perfect for arranging and managing for me.
