Pashupatinath Temple
Your tour guide for the day will meet you at your hotel. Your first stop will be Nepal’s most important Hindu sight, Pashupatinath. This site sits on the banks of the holy Bagmati River and is used as a cremation ground.
Boudhanath Stupa
Our next stop will be Bodhnath, the largest Buddhist stupa in Asia. This is your chance to see some of the thousands of pilgrims who gather to walk around the dome each day. Climb up to one of the many rooftop cafes for lunch and be rewarded with a bird’s-eye view of the entire square.

9 of us took the 9-days Best of Nepal leisure tour with Third Eye Adventure. From the moment we contacted Ganesh, the owner, we found him to be very professional, responsive and accommodating. Ganesh was personally at the airport to greet us, making us feel very welcome. Our guide Sandip is very knowledgeable, helpful, caring and patient. The tour took us through sightseeing around Kathmandu, Nagarkot (famous sunrise view) to Pokhara and Chitwan. We visited many of the UNESCO World Heritage sites. At Chitwan National Park, we embarked on an exciting jungle safari where we managed to get close with endangered species such as the one-horned rhinos, crocodiles and many more. We were also lucky to get to join in the Holi festival which falls on the last day of our tour. The hotels that we stayed in were all very good, comfortable and strategically located. Thank you, Ganesh, Sandip and Third Eye Adventure for the great experience and thrilling adventures. Happy to recommend Third Eye Adventure to anyone interested.

The first activity after arriving at Kathmandu is to engage Third Eye on a city excursion around Kathmandu. We visited UNESCO’s world heritage sites such as Buddhanath, Pashupatinath, Patan Durbar Square and Swayambhunath Stupa. Asked the guide to bring us to an authentic place for a Healing Bowl.

Ari (I hope I spelt it right) is very knowledgeable on the culture, the history and the religion in the places we visited. He understood we had quite limited time and managed to get everything covered plus he even introduced us to a sound healing demonstration, seeing that we were interested. He is also amazing at taking photos!
