What a great experience! There were 4 of us in our group so it seemed like a private tour! Our guide, Mario, knew just the right spot to kayak to, and the snorkeling was outstanding! TONS of fish with a huge variety of species. Best snorkeling I've ever done. Dani, the owner, was easy to work with, so nice, and very accomodating! I plan to travel to Roatan again, partly because of this great adventure.

A great tour. The guides were thoughtful and cared about our welfare throughout the tour. The water was clear and we could see several fish.

Truly, a private tour. Fantastic snorkeling. Afterwards, a tour of the local town. Very informative, and he seems to be well liked within the community. Next time we come back, we will definitely tour with him again.

I am a solo traveler and was in Roatan to complete my Open Water Diver certification. With that done, I booked the Kayaking and Snorkeling Adventure tour by RTGA through TripAdvisor/Viator. My RTGA tour guide, Danny, promptly contacted me to advise me that unfortunately, due to windy/choppy weather conditions, that option was not available that day, but he provided me with a number of options to "customize" a tour for me. I chose to go on a snorkel tour in West End, and after that Danny arranged for me to stay some hours Paradise Beach Resort in West Bay. Danny was a great snorkel guide, pointing out the various ocean fauna (he sent me pix of our trip later) and very accommodating of my time/schedule. Danny was very personable and easy to get along with, providing tips/ideas for other things I might want to do on my stay here, including places to eat, etc. I highly recommend working with Danny and RTGA.

This excursion met and went way beyond our expectations. This was absolutely the best excursion of our entire trip, maybe ever. We booked with NCL the "West End Ultimate Kayak & Snorkel". The guides on this excursion were phenomenal. Steven, Harlan and Jimmy just know there business. The cafe that we started in was very clean and welcoming. The food was outstanding, best ever quesadillas and plenty for everyone. We learned a lot about the flora and fauna of the area, tasted fresh coconut and sipped on coconut milk. We had a great time kayaking and then snorkeling. This was in January and was fabulous. Don't hesitate to book this excursion, these guys will take care of you - I don't mean that lightly because we are in our mid seventies and as much as I hate to admit this I needed some extra help when it came to snorkeling. Harlan was the man that became my hero that day. He helped me with his patience and calmness, so this a shout out to HARLAN, thank you for making this excursion so special to me, thank you for your extra care and thank you for being my hero.

First time snorkeling over the reef and it was awesome. Seeing the many colorful fish is a must. The water is crystal clear so seeing down 50 feet to the bottom was amazing! Two thumbs up to Danny for sharing so much with us on this excursion. I promise you will enjoy this trip!

we had a great time - Jimmy, Steven and Harlan were great. we were on an NCL tour, they bring you to a building across the street from the snorkeling tour. you snorkel around the bay for about 30 minutes. Then back to the building where we had fruit and juice. Next, we kayaked for about 20 minutes to a bar on Luna beach. They are passionate about their heritage and the agriculture and spend about a half hour teaching you about the trees and plants. Next back to the kayaks where we paddled back to the starting building. They gave us about 20 minutes to shop, then about a 20-minute bus ride back to the ship. This excursion is moderate in physical requirements. Lots of stairs and paddling. Also, they spend too much time explaining and preparing. Lastly, after paddling to the bar they should make it where you can get a drink and have an optional tour about plants. most of us just wanted a beer and we had to do the tour instead of visiting the bar (a little cruel). This is not a sit on the beach at all. Still great time and the crew really try hard to make it fun.

Dani and Nahomi are the best tour guides for any Roatán adventure! They are really passionate about showing the island and all there is to do. We went on a snorkeling adventure to see the beautiful coral reefs and had a delicious meal at seawiches afterwards. We decided to book another tour with them and got to see punta Gorda and ate ate a very nice restaurant there. Everything was lovely and they took great pictures of the adventure! Don't hesitate to book your adventure with Dani and Nahomi! They will show you everything the island has to offer.

Dani speaks perfect English, and very quick to respond to any questions when booking our adventure. Nahomi picked us up from our rental home, and took us to West End. We were supplied with fins and snorkel masks, then paddled out and tied on to a buoy in Half Moon Bay. Nahomi & Dani snorkeled with us, guiding us through the coral where we saw hundreds of fish, including parrotfish, a couple of spotted sharptail eels (aka sea snakes), a lionfish and an Eagle ray! The coral itself was spectacular as well. After kayaking back to shore we ate at the Cannibal Cafe (which was also where we received and returned our snorkel gear). We then dined on delicious quesadillas, tacos and nachos. It was honestly the best meal we had in Roatan! Don't let the name of the Cafe fool you - they offer vegetarian dishes as well! Afterwards Nahomi and Dani took us to the Honduran Chocolate Factory, where we had a wonderful and insightful tour, learning about how cacao is processed. They are very passionate and proud of Honduras being the birthplace of chocolate, and we all agreed all the chocolate (about 10 bowls to scoop and sample from, including white, with almonds, dark, with sea salt, chili, etc.) were the purest and finest chocolate we'd ever tasted. It is a pity we are only here one more day. I can't recommend them enough, and if (when!) we return to this beautiful island, we will be booking all our activities through Dani and Nahomi!
