Dreadful customer service from Gus tours and Trip advisor. This completely spoiled our day in Guatemala, no notification from trip advisor prior to expected tour date

Giovanni was a great guide. The trip was well organised and the lunch afterwards was excellent. It was very hot. It would have been helpful to have a picture of the birds we saw at the lunch.
