A great experience! We were lucky with the weather and also the sea was relatively calm. Les Calanques sont magnifiques ! Of course you should be reasonably fit, because the tour is quite strenuous, muscle soreness guaranteed the next day. But it's worth it!

***We did not get to experience this trip*** The company contacted us and canceled due to weather conditions. We were unable to make any alternate dates work with our itinerary so, as per the company's policy, we requested a refund. It has now been 20 days and we still have not received our refund. When I contacted the company again, I was simply told that 'my colleague and boss is on holidays that's why it take quite long'.

Super good guide, who had really good local knowledge and was good at communicating knowledge. The equipment was fine and the landscape really beautiful.

We had a great time with our guide. In just three hours, he made us discover a long super varied course: coves, beautiful landscapes, small swimming breaks... He was super friendly and pro. There were only two of us, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Great outing, thank you again Olivier!

My partner already wrote a review on our horrible experience but your companies response only further confirms exactly our problem. You have replied to her review reinforcing all the reasons you believe what we experienced was considered good for a 3 hour tour. Her review was to reinforce the overpriced nature and poorly described activity. The activity listing specifically said swimming stops and if it’s forbidden to swim why was I not told this when I asked to swim (when I asked to swim simply off the side of my kayak in the water), why were we told it was because of time, additionally if it’s forbidden why do full day tours do it. Secondly how can you justify advertising it as a 3 hour tour if like you state in your review, you believe the first hour should be for carrying the kayaks to the water and the third hour to carry them back. First of all it is completely unethical to advertise a 3 hour tour where over half of the tour you expect guests to literally do manual labour for you. Secondly the carrying of the kayak took me and my partner about a total of 5 minutes to carry up which was apparently the harder part. The inability for you to recognise the inadequacy of not only the tour itself but your response is incredibly disappointing. We understood why you may have chosen to wait but thought that would result in us receiving the respect of a refund when we indicate we felt this significantly impacted our experience. Ultimately I sincerely hope you either reassess your tour schedules and listing descriptions and price, or that our review deter people from booking because currently this is seriously false advertising.

Overall this trip takes you to absolutely stunning Calanques. However, it is NOT suited for all skill levels. You begin with taking the kayak you are using to dock area (which was very rocky and difficult to do). The beginning of kayaking was smooth. Once we got to open waters it was very wavy and strenuous to paddle. Stopped in a beautiful cave, went to Calanque en Vue. Had lunch there and about an hr break. (Absolutely breath taking). After stop addle back through some pretty high waves. Once arrived at dock we had to bring Kayak up hill which was rocky as well. I highly recommend this tour would add another tour guide. Also suggest the tour guide bring at least a bottle of water for passengers.

This was a beautiful kayaking trip through the Calanques. Definitely bring your water and sunscreen, as well as water shoes. Our guide was very helpful instructing us how to get in and out comfortably. We got quite lost initially trying to find the meeting point but our guide and group waited for us, which was much appreciated.

DO NOT BOOK THIS!!! We were so excited for this tour but we’re so terribly disappointed. First we arrived before the allocated time of 3:50pm (it stated that if you were to arrive after 3:50 your spot would be forfeited) however two other participants did not arrive on time. Rather than starting the tour without them we waited nearly over 70minutes for these people to arrive. 70minutes standing in the hot sun. In the end we were kayaking for under 90minutes. During this time we were not allowed to swim (as we apparently didnt have time), this was extremely disappointing given the 70minutes we stood waiting in the sun. Swimming in the calanaques was something I was so looking forward to and have now not been able to do. Overall for a 3hour half day tour we got less than half of the activity. This was extremely disappointing however we had hoped that we would be able to get some sort of refund from the activity provider considering we missed out on so much. The response from the activity provider that what we experienced was considered the best expected tour possible for this activity. If our experience is considered the best possible experience the activity description needs to be drastically changed and the price must be changed accordingly to reflect the actual activity. Overall the attitude from the activity provider was horrendous and we would not recommend this activity to anyone.

This was a great tour and Raphael was an excellent guide. We went exploring the calanques and to one of the beaches.

Absolutely incredible experience. Raphaelle did a great job guiding the group and occasionally sharing facts about the history and marine biology of the Les Calanques Park. The distance we covered in the kayak was a great workout, but not overly strenuous, and the views were great, especially of the Blue Cave and of En-Vau Calanque. By far my favorite part was the lunch break of about an hour we spent in En-Vau swimming and relaxing. Incredibly beautiful scenery and I can't wait to go back!
