4.00Excellent experience despite being a boutique-sized agency, Giga proved incredibly reliable and efficient. Communication was always prompt, clear, reassuring, and proactive in following up on every detail of my travel arrangements across Georgia and Armenia. Grateful to have met Giorgi (our assigned driver/guide and mushroom enthusiast!). His professionalism and attention to detail made the entire process seamless. 5.00I spent three days in Georgia with the tour guide Alex from the agency Travel Eleven, and it was a truly great experience. We explored beautiful landscapes and visited some amazing places. Alex’s explanations were always clear and informative, and he’s also a really friendly and easygoing person. It was a lovely trip overall, and I’m really glad I chose this tour!

5.00Amazing tour experience by GIGA We had a wonderful time exploring the gorgeous Georgia by the best GIGA. we did quick tiblisi city tour by walk on the first day Second day explored the vineyards and kakheti region Then it was kazbegi amazing snow time And then the first capital of Georgia The trip was well explained, good car condition, great comfort, and safety too. Giga was a wonderful host, he also gave us a goodbye gift, from a local bakery a sweet puff at the end of the trip which we were looking for so long.. Thank you for making this trip the best for us girls.

5.00Great tour to enjoy Giorgian nature. We ordered suv car to have more comfort. Car was spacious and clean. Our driver and guide was Ramo. Very nice guy - highly reccomended! Lunch at “rooms kazbegi” is a must.

5.00Had booked 5N/6D trip to Georgia between 17th to 22nd July’24. I planned for a Solo trip and one of my friend suggested me to get in touch with Giga Marthasville who is an English speaking travel agent cum guide. I explained him that I prefer visiting mountain/landscape rather than just monuments during my duration of stay. He did the tour planning and I appreciate the attention to details of location, hotels, travel etc.. it really helped in easing the worries of unknowns in new country. I did so much each day that I was quite satisfied. I just wish I had time to Visit Batumi…. next time! I had been to Kazbegi[2N], Kutaisi[1N] & Tbilisi[2N]. I am happy with the outcome of the trip, from beginning to end Giga’s service was exemplary and my trip through Georgia was nothing short of extraordinary.
