  Martin Lee was fantastic. He went above and beyond to accommodate individual needs and wishes. He even acted as your personal photographer! From the beginning he stayed in touch via What’s App including a picture, which, since I was traveling solo was reassuring. The trip itself was informative, but great fun! He was prompt and all went as planned. I had no worries about being back to the ship on time. I can’t say what I enjoyed more, but Shiffen St and the lantern flying was an experience I will always remember!

  Martin Lee gave us the greatest tour ever around Keelung area. He is full of energy and enthusiasm. He found great places for us I never knew of. He took amazing pictures of us in some of the most picturesque places on earth. You are lucky if you can get such a tour with this amazing gentleman.

  Overall a great day with lots of great activities. The driver was great but just to set expectations it is important to be aware that the driver is a driver and not really a guide. We received instructions on where to go etc and he helped us with photos and what to eat, but didn’t provide any commentary in the car (or at the sites) about the history of the area or anything we were seeing. We were fine with that after days of full on guides on other tours but if you want a more traditional tour guide experience you may wish to book elsewhere.

  Kevin was very accommodating and friendly. We could communicate because he studied at Ohio State and spoke English. Many people in Taipei only speak Chinese. He took us to Jiufen and the main sights in Taipei. He also walked us around Ximending. We could drop us off at the sites and park his car to meet us. We had a wonderful day in Taipei.

  Martin was an outstanding guide for our daytime tour of various sights around Keelung. Also, the tour service operator, Phyllis, was very helpful with coordinating our pre-tour communications with Martin. Upon our arrival at the port of Keelung, Martin came to meet us outside of where we disembarked from our cruise ship (MSC Bellissima). Martin was friendly and helpful, as well as very professional and courteous. He provided a perfectly ideal daytime experience in Keelung for us, which began with our first stop at the marvelous Yehliu Geopark, with its surreal rock formations, which made for terrific photo ops. Martin also led us on a visit to the charming Shifen old market street, where we participated in the unique custom of decorating and releasing colorful lanterns into the skies, along with other visitors, while standing along the Pingxi rail line. This was a wonderful and fun experience, and is not to be missed! We also got to see the beautiful Shifen waterfalls and surrounding area, among our other activities of the day, and in addition, we enjoyed the authentic food spots that Martin recommended for us - which were all very tasty and affordably priced! This was an overall fantastic tour. I give this tour service, and Martin, my highest recommendation!
