Our group of 16 hired Falklands Outdoors for a cruise ship excursion with half of us going to Kelp Point and the other half going to Volunteer Point. The communication was always fantastic from the moment we booked up to the departure day. Our cruise ship tenders were running 3-hours behind schedule, but Kyle was able to modify our itinerary to get us back on time by having us all go to Kelp Point, Whale Point, and Rookery Bay. Let me tell you, these guys are TRUE PROFESSIONALS! As soon as we met the team (family run business), we knew we were in for a treat. Daniel even stayed up late the night before to make homemade bread for our sandwiches! Talk about a personal touch! The tour itself was somehow even better than we imagined. Because of our late departure (cruise line’s fault and not this company’s), we were actually able to be in all 3 locations without any other tourists. We saw elephant seals, a large gentoo penguin colony, a few king penguins, and lastly some Magellanic. Kyle was so fun to talk to and a wealth of information. Others in our group really loved their guides as well (Daniel, and their father, and one other gentleman who is a family friend). They were all a 12/10. These are the kind of people that I would open my own home to if they were to ever visit Michigan. We had the best time ever with them!!!!

Tony was a great driver and gave lots of insights to life on the Falklands during the tour. It was a really privilege to see the elephant seals and penguins in their natural environment. Excellent time.

We have 6 adults booked this amazing tour. Dan and Kyle two brothers drove us to the volunteer point to see king penguins. They are so great to introduce the life of the penguins and the island they live on. We all agree this is the highlight of our 17 days of Antarctica cruise. We love this life time experience and highly recommend the Falkland Outdoors to any future tourists. By the way, I love their MOM prepared the fresh sandwich for us in such early morning! That was the best fresh bread I ever had! Even today, I'm still missing a lot!

We had a wonderful day at Kelp Point - seeing penguins and Elephant Seals. Dan, was very knowledgeable abut the area, growing up on the Falkland Islands, and answered our many questions. The weather was great and we also enjoyed a homemade snack. I would definitely tell people to go on this tour.

We had a few issues with the weather and our ship arrived a day early we were able to contact Dan through Whatsapp and he couldn't have been more helpful. Dan is a lovely guy and gave us heaps of information about the island and it's history. Thanks for a great day!!!!
