Please bring swimwear or extra underwear. If you plan to wear your boxers or panties during the hammam ritual, make sure you have an extra pair to put on afterwards.
Oil massage is not applied to children under 12 years old.

5.00Very professional great value for money my kids enjoyed as well , Turkish bath followed by face mask /tea then a massage , my wife paid extra and upgraded her massage for 45 euros as her back was hurting and the boys had a swim while we waited . Great experience

5.00We were very well received on arrival by Nuri, who then entrusted us to his colleague I no longer have the name sorry🙈😅 to explain the afternoon program! The staff in general very kind, respectful and caring what we love for this kind of service 🥰 the masseuse was amazing sweetness so I fell asleep from the fairy fingers 🧚 really 1000 thanks to her. And to the reception lady who ensures our well-being from start to finish. A purely professional team is a pleasure ☺️. An institute that I would of course recommend with my eyes closed! Thanks again.

1.00Changing experience. It was assembly line work. We were picked up in a bus with several guests and ended up at Musahan Hamam. There we had to wait in the reception room first. There was, fortunately very briefly a chat about what we could buy extra. Then we were allowed to change and went to the steam sauna first. There we sat like pegs in a barrel, it smelled and the floor was dirty. Then into the regular sauna. That one was okay. When we came out we could shower and we were put back in the steam sauna, I think close wait. Then we were allowed to sit in the, beautifully landscaped, garden. The daughters had a swim. After quite a while it was time for the Hammam/ scrub. The girls were shocked, because there were only men. That was annoying for them. The Hammam itself was okay. Then we were allowed to sit on a sun lounger, got a mask, water or tea and wait again. After the mask, which we had to take off ourselves, wait a while and then the massage. One of the girls was massaged by a woman but finished after only 5 minutes, the other a man and that took a little longer. I myself got a man and, as you often read, halfway through a serious speaking man came to tell me that my neck was very stiff and I actually needed a special massage. Well no so, fortunately he stopped quickly, but was a waste of the massage. Then look back was ready and we could get dressed again and then wait for the bus again. It was all in all not an ideal experience and had not booked it afterwards, feels like it was taken advantage of unwisely. Besides, my back and neck hurts now, and before the visit it does not.

2.00After sauna I was rushed straight into the steam room, I had to ask for a shower to cool off first. After the scrub I got a small cup of tea. When I asked for more water, they acted surprised and brought me another 1 dcl of water from somewhere upstairs. The face mask was a joke. The lady half smeared clay on my face and then I was rushed to the massage room and asked to wash it off before it even had a chance to dry. The massage was very good, but unfortunately it did not pass without telling me about all the problems I have and which additional treatments I need. With a discount of course, still amounting to 160 eur. I would have enjoyed the massage much more without this sales pitch. Anyway, for the price I paid it was OK.

4.00First of all, we had to wait half an hour for the pick-up in front of the hotel. Called on the tel number provided by the driver. No response. After half an hour, another driver happened to come by to pick up other guests from the hotel. He then took us with him. If we had known beforehand which bath it was, we were unfortunately not told before, we would have run (about 5 minutes walking time (from the Fema Reseidenze). Once at Angels Palace Spa, we were presented with the note with the additional massages (for a fee). Our answer was no, because we wanted to try it first. It was accepted that way. Then into the bathroom. locker room, sauna, steam bath, hammam, relaxation room and finally the massage. During the massage we had another sales call, which we immediately blocked. That, too, was immediately accepted. The services in the bathroom were perfectly fine for us who did this for the first time. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. 👍 Conclusion: quite worthwhile at this price.
