1.00Avoid at all costs. Booked a transfer, nobody turned up. You cannot contact anyone. Still waiting on a completed response and a refund. Never again

1.00Booked the transfer & paid. However the transfer car did not turn up on the day and informed me that no car is available for the day after 15 mins of the pick up time. I was offered an alternative but expensive transfer car. Because it was already late for my flight I had to arrange my own transport to the airport. Nearly missed my flight. I am hoping Viator will refund my money.

1.00Extremely bad, booked last night got confirmation via email , and today my flight from airport and cab didn’t arrive, tried to contact tour operator no one responded, called on number found out tour operators dont have your reservation and thry cannot provide any alternative. Paid extra for travel for last minute. Very disappointing
