Our Cooking Class Program offers a comprehensive and immersive experience into Balinese cuisine and culture. The morning class includes a traditional market tour, where participants explore local markets that open early, providing a deep dive into Balinese lifestyle, tastes, and customs. Guided by our Chef, students learn about local meats, fish, produce, unique ingredients, and Balinese-style bargaining, gaining insights into selecting fresh ingredients. The hands-on cooking class, conducted in English, allows each student to prepare and cook dishes at their own cooking station with provided utensils. With a maximum of ten participants per class, personalized attention is ensured. Under the guidance of our knowledgeable teacher and assistant, participants will cook various Balinese dishes, enjoy their creations for lunch or dinner, and have the option to take away any leftovers.
