Pros: If you get on the trolley early I the day, you will get a great narrated tour of Key West stopping at 13 points of interest. The drivers are very knowledgeable and friendly. Cons: It may be hard to find a seat during busy times, making 'hop on, hop off' a longer wait than expected. At stops, larger groups are given boarding preference and singles or couples may have to wait an additional 15 or 30 minutes extra for a trolley that has enough room for them. It wouldn't be so bad if there was a place to sit while waiting. There wasn't at stop 5.

Normally, the Hop on/off tours are great as experienced in other towns, but this one was a bit of a bummer. We got on (apparently) @ stop 11. Two stops into trip, we had to change trolleys and drivers. No one understood the new driver (sharm?). Then it seemed that there was a lot of double backing seeing the same things coming and going, or at least that was what I thought. Then when they went into the new area (stops 6-9?).. what a waste of time. No one got on or off. Wanted to see the old Key West!!!! Maybe getting on mid train should be explained prior and eliminating the newer section are in need of review. I was disappointed.

Experience great! Easy to see a lot in a short time. Web page should be easier to navigate. Had a hard time finding tickets.

The Hop On/Off Trolley Tour was good fun and a good means to get around and see Key West with the ability to progress at your own pace during the day. We both loved all of the drivers and the fun they brought to the experience.

HonHoff trolly is fantastic. Driver does lively live narration. Trollys are comfy and with good visibility. Town history and points of interest abound. A great way to get oriented in this wonderful city.

You control the time... sometimes the trollies are overloaded and you might have to wait on 1 or 2 to catch one.

Very happy we chose this service!! The drivers were incredibly friendly and very knowledgable about the different aspects of the area. The stops are very easy to locate, and are central to everything. It's very easy to hop on and off, and the drivers are great at giving directions on any location you're interested in getting to.

The best way to see a city and learn interesting facts from the drivers. We use the Hop On Hop Off to plan what we want to explore further.
