Amazing experience and suitable for all skill levels. Rachael was amazing!! Highly recommended! Worth checking out wind advisory before going. Wind makes it little tougher!

Great way to spend the morning! Our guide was extremely knowledgeable of everything around us. We learned a lot while taking in the scenery, wildlife and getting a little exercise. Highly recommend!

Did a tour with Rachel. She is a phenomenal guide. Very knowledgeable about the environment and will set you up for success! She led us through out and we were even able to see a manatee! Make sure you bring a towel or something cause you will get wet!

We just finished a fun tour with “Tall Rachel”. My girlfriend, her 10 year old son, and I just finished the kayak eco tour. It was quite enjoyable and informative. Rachel always had a smile and we could tell she was genuinely enjoying herself and the environment. Rachel would get very excited when she found aquatic creatures to share with our group. She would exclaim with joy and verbally comfort the creatures as she took them out to show us. I also noted she returned the them right back to their hiding places versus just tossing them back in. In terms of the tour itself, it was the perfect duration and was a pleasant paddle through the mangroves. There was plenty of narrow mangrove tunnels and small “ponds” to explore and relax in. It is helpful if you have basic kayak skills but not necessary. Those that don’t just will quickly learn and can use the mangroves to help navigate. We had to cross a couple shallow channels for motor boats in no wake zones. These were more exposed to wind and currents but easily handled by the entire group including someone who had never kayaked before. I highly recommend this tour for a day in the sun, while enjoying our natural environment with an educated guide who both studied marine invertebrates and routinely demonstrates her love of these creatures.

Great trip! We had perfect weather conditions and a fantastic guide. Jan was fun, friendly and very knowledgeable. He made sure everyone got to have the best experience possible. He also took (and shared) pictures of all of us along the way which a nice touch too. Mentioned the perfect weather because we were able see quite a bit: snails, nursing sharks, jelly fish, conch and even a manta ray swam by! I would highly recommend this tour.

So much fun! Going thru the mangrove tunnels was a blast! We even got to see a manatee which is rare. The kayaks are easy to maneuver- my 10 year old and I had no problems!

Another great experience with Lazy Dog. We did this tour a couple of years ago and loved it, and brought new friends this time. Our guide was “tall “Rachel ( there are two Rachel’s!) and she was awesome! Super knowledgeable about the mangroves and the sea creatures. We actually saw a manatee right next to our kayak. This tour is great for adults as well as families.

My youngest is going into Marine Biology for college and this was the birthday trip before HS Graduation! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would do it again. Fun, educational, active, and scenic.
