The tour was enjoyable overall. The pace was good and the selection of monuments was optimum. It is about 3 and half hours long. However, the experience would benefit from more storytelling and higher energy. Additionally, providing ticket purchase details in advance would allow for better preparation.

I really liked the tour with Sevinch. The information on history, legends, architecture and way of life was very interesting. She responded kindly, accommodatingly and with commitment to various questions. And it was just pleasant to explore the city with their professional help.

The tour took aprox. 4 hours and it was really worth it. My guide was Iroda and she was amazing. She is very knowledgeable and very kind. If I had questions she always knows the answers. She told the story about Khiva with a lot of passion but also with humour. I can highly recommend Iroda as a guide to represent Khiva. We even talked also about other things e.g. living in Khiva/Uzbekistan and it gave insights which I really liked. And she also asked me how life is in the Netherlands so it was a great interaction and personal and thats nice. I wish Iroda an ambicious and very bright future!

I had Iroda in Khiva, and she was a wonderful tour guide. She is very smart and very sweet, and she explained the history of Khiva in a way that was easy for me to understand. I love architecture and history, so she focused a lot on those topics, which I really appreciated. Her tour style is very practical, and she was able to answer all of my questions, even the random ones that came to my mind. She was always patient and happy to go deeper when I was curious. I felt very lucky to have her as my guide, and she really helped me make sense of what I was seeing and enhanced my experience in Khiva. I highly recommend requesting her if you can.
