1. Pick up guest from hotels at 8AM 2. Starting a market tour from 8:10AM - 9AM ( Guest will meet local vegetable seller at Phare Ler Market and Samaki Market ) I will guide the best ways to choose the best local vegetable and food 3. After Market tour we go directly to the cooking class venue at KHMER CUISINE COOKING CLASS garden we expected arrive there at 9:20AM 4. Cooking class process, firstly Chef explain the history of your chosen menu and why it becoming the culture signature food of Cambodia, then showing food recipe 5. After explanation guest start their cook under guideline from chef to ensure guest product the tasty food. On that time will have some group photo shooting and activities photo 6. Guest enjoying food with private table by the pool. The cocking class end at 2PM with giving food recipe, photo, cooking certificate
