  We had an absolutely fantastic time with Sote Tours and Travel! From the beginning everything was super organized and smooth. Kelvin was incredibly friendly, professional and always available for our questions. We felt in good hands throughout the process. Our safari guide Adam was just great warm, very experienced and with real passion for nature and animals. He made the trip very special for us, especially for our daughter who loved every moment. We felt safe and well looked after all the time. The national parks, the animals, the landscapes all exceeded our expectations. We have seen lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras and so many other animals in their natural environment – a real dream come true. We are deeply grateful for this unforgettable experience and can warmly recommend Sote Tours to anyone traveling to Tanzania.   This location is unlike any else I've seen in Tanzania. Sote Tours arranged our excursion to this beautiful place everything was well arranged from the pick up at 09:30am from Moshi to Kikuletwa and after the trip around 04:15 pm we returned to Moshi town. The water is wonderful and spotless, overall, the water has a moderate temperature. and the coloured fish will eat your dead skin making massage on your body when you dive in, the Kikuletwa Hot Springs is an ideal place to ease those tired legs after a strenuous ascent up Kilimanjaro. It's sometimes difficult to navigate without a 4x4 car during the rainy season (April and May) because it's a long way from the main road and the road is bumpy and stony not well maintained. There are benches and tables where you can use to keep your lunch box when you are drinking or eat sometimes to keep your things while swimming in the spring. Anyone in Moshi or Arusha should definitely see this hidden gem and get a free of charge pedicure while swimming in the lovely waters. I suggest this place for all adventurous. Note: Remember to carry your swimming gears, barbeque and refreshments available.
