On this full-day guided tour, you will drive through the picturesque countryside and stop at a local market. Enjoy the ride through the rolling hills of Kundasang, Ranau and take a soak in Poring’s well known mineral rich hot springs.

Couldn’t ask for a better experience! TYH Borneo Tours took care of every detail — all I had to do was enjoy the view. 10/10 would recommend to anyone planning a trip to Sabah!

The walk in Kinabalu park was fantastic. We had Richard as our tour guide and Vincent as our driver. Given the weather was a bit bad we had to skip the poring hot springs and canopy walk but they still made it an unforgettable experience. We would recommend this tour to anyone coming to Kinabalu Park. Without a guide you would definitely feel like you're missing out on something. Richard provided context and explanations that made the trekking not only fun but also very educative.

We have just had a wonderful time with our 3 sons on a short 2d guided tour as part of a week in Borneo. Our guide William was fantastic - very intuitive and thoughtful. The organisation was perfect. He had exceptional knowledge to share with us in an interesting way, also showing so much patience with my youngest son and his many questions! Thank you

We had a fantastic day to Kinabalu Park & Poring Hot Springs with Catherine Tan and professional driver Ben from SI Tours. The Canopy Tour at the Hot Springs is not to be missed.. We were able to experience the large variety of forest canopy trees and understory plants up close due to well maintained paths and the imaginative infrastructure bridges. Can also recommend the botanical garden at Kinabalu Park with its large variety of locally indigenous species - especially enjoyed the orchids, begonias & pitcher plants. A bonus were the many bird and butterfly species identified. We were fortunate to have the services of freelance SI Tours guide Catherine Tan. She is very knowledgeable, passionate about her subject and engaging. It was a long but memorable day and she really went the extra mile for us. Can highly recommend going the guided route especially when trying to get the most out of the time available and enriching one's experience.

The whole experience was great especially Antony Wong who was just one call away even in the mountains. However, the food there at Panalaban is suspicious. Try avoiding chicken and other super perishable foods. Try eating beef as it is less risky. Also avoid deserts that contain dairy as usually the dairy up there isn’t safe.

Had a lovely day with guide Diana and driver Vincent. Well looked after, and very well informed. The canopy walk was a highlight. The lunch was very good. We could have used a bit more time at the Poring Hot springs. A long drive though, not helped by an accident, which obviously slowed traffic.

My husband and I booked the 5D4N Kundasang Highlights with Mount Kinabalu Climb (Private Tour) with Amazing Borneo, and it was truly the trip of a lifetime. We booked 5 months in advance to secure our climb slot, and from start to finish, the team exceeded all expectations. Lewis was incredibly helpful with our planning, patiently answering our questions and preparing us well. Mr Joel, our land guide, was informative and took great care of us — from the scenic stops at Nabalu, Poring Canopy Walk, Kipungit Waterfall, and Desa Farm to ensuring we were ready for the climb. The highlight was, of course, the Mount Kinabalu climb. Our mountain guide Mr Danson was amazing — he motivated us when the climb got tough and made sure we reached the summit safely. The sunrise, clear skies, and starry early morning climb were unforgettable. We stayed at Kinabalu Pine Resort and Laban Rata Lodge, both of which were comfortable and beautiful. After the climb, we could finally rest our “jelly legs” and reflect on the incredible journey. This trip was challenging, emotional, and deeply rewarding. We’re already planning a return — this time with our kids — and will definitely go with Amazing Borneo again. Thank you for the memories!

This would have been an amazing day but unfortunately instead of being picked up at the arranged time of 7 am,we were informed the night before, to be ready by 6:30. After another two pick ups in Kota Kinabalu the guide told us that she was sorry but we were going to have to go half an hour out of our way for another pickup! In actual fact we went 40 minutes out of our way in stop start queues! Off course we had to go out of our way to drop these people off on the way back too! I didn’t notice until the following day that we did not do the Jambatan Tamparuli suspension bridge walk which was included in the itinerary! We didn’t arrive back to our hotel until 7:45 in the evening - nearly a 14 hour day! We were exhausted!

We just had a taste of what this place can offer. Arrived fairly late on an overcast and at times rainy day in March. Place was fairly empty with only a few intrepid travelers. Highlight for us was the Mt Kinabalu Botanical Garden with a very personable and knowledgeable guide. Finished the visit with a pleasant visit to the very comfortable but - expensive for local Sabah standards - restaurant on site.
