5.00Really great! The price was fully justified and we had a unique experience with shuttle bus and lunch. Besides, I really don't know any agency/Enterprise/organisation etc. with such nice, courteous and reliable customer service. When the bus arrived just a little late we were immediately informed and generally always got a personal response. Unfortunately, something totally stupid happened to us because we left our things in the locker at the zipline which is over an hour drive away from our hotel. But the agency has contacted the staff directly to find a solution for us. Again, a big thank you for everything. Thanks to you, we made our flight to Phuket the next day. Best regards Fiona and Fynn
