What To Expect
Parque Nacional do Quicama
Quiçama National park is located 70 km South of Luanda, taking about 2 hours to get from one point to the other. During the tour we visit Benfica Traditional craft market and the Museum of Slavery. We then continue our way passing by the Miradouro da Lua (Moon’s View Point) where we stay a few minutes to enjoy the view. We carry on towards our main destination where we explore the fauna and flora. After the safari tour we take a boat tour of the Kwanza River which will lead us to the restaurant where we taste the nacional fish based food called Mufete.

5.00Worth every $ paid. The guide, Mr Armando was extremely kind and attentive showing us every detail about the tour, in addition to a great conversation. They were very attentive serving us water, juice, snacks during the trip to the park. They were timely for pickup on site and provided me with all the information I asked about the tour. Lunch at the Chilala restaurant on the banks of the Kwanza River closed the tour of the Quiçama Park with a golden key. Regional food "very fixed"! I was happy and satisfied.

2.00Disappointing! Very large park, almost without animals, poorly maintained. 2 hours shaken and just seen single zebra and few antelopes

5.00A great escape from the big city to an awesome place in the Luanda’s savanna for a Safari! We had a great guide with such knowledge of his country. Etson was the best guide!!! Definitely recommend this Safari day tour!
