From far away you can spot the bounty sunlit island and its old iconic lighthouse. Upon arrival at Klein Curacao, the crystal-clear water is calm, perfect for swimming and snorkeling. Although the dry way to get to shore from the catamaran is by dinghy, we recommend you grab a snorkel and swim to shore! Upon going into the water, you will immediately spot many colorful fish and turtles all around you!

When you get ashore, explore the island while blissfully sunbathing along the way: visit the iconic pink lighthouse, the shipwrecks and ruins. At noon, the crew is ready to serve you up an extensive BBQ buffet. Enjoy drinks from the open premium bar.

Around 3:00 pm we set sail, waving goodbye to this Caribbean pearl and on the wings of the wind head back to Curacao.

CRUISE PASSENGERS, PLEASE NOTE: Our departure location Jan Thiel is approx. 25 to 30 minutes from the Curaçao Cruise Terminal. Unfortunately cruise ships dock too late to allow time for check-in here at 08:00 AM.

An amazing trip with an amazing crew. Aisha the captain was great 😊. It’s important to know that you have to either swim to shore from the catamaran or they will bring you to the island in an inflatable motor boat. They also bring your things onto the island for you. There were palapas to sit under but a limited amount of lounge chairs. We took the 8:30 tour. The 8:00 tour got first choice. The tour supplied large jugs of water while on the island. If you wanted any other drink you had to swim back to the boat. A delicious barbecue was served on the boat at 12:30. After that we swam back to shore and then went snorkeling. Would have liked more time on the island. We had to board the catamaran at 2:45. The ride back and forth to the island were very pleasant. Non alcoholic drinks on the way there with alcohol added to the menu at lunch time. We enjoyed sunbathing on the netting in the front of the boat on the way back. Overall a great experience. Wish we had time to explore the lighthouse but our time was spent snorkeling. I was concerned when I learned the day before that our tour had the least amount of amenities of the 3 tour groups that go there (shorter day, no breakfast, toilets only on boat not on shore), but I quickly realized that our tour was amazing just as it was.

We had an amazing day visiting Klein Curacao with Bluefinn charters. Diego and his whole team were amazing. I highly recommend this excursion.

Ride out to the island was rough and long but so worth it! Food was great! Wish we had more time at the island. The water was incredible!

Island is amazing. Crew is fantastic. Not really a sailing trip but very good value anyway. Mostly motoring.

Had an amazing experience and time. The crew were all very friendly, lively and lovely. The lunch was delicious and very filling. Just remember to bring some towels and some snacks of your own in case you feel peckish in the afternoon. The ride to the island was a bit choppy as we were sailing against the current but the ride back was smooth sailing. Did not see any turtles or much fish but the water was very clear and gorgeous. Definitely worth the swim and snorkel.
